I’ve ordered hear a long time and keep giving chances over this past year and keep getting disappointed. Half of the ingredients I ordered online with my sandwich including the condiment was not in the sandwich I ordered. Will not be ordering subway in PI again sucks to cause I used to go like once a week.

Subway used to be enjoyable because it was priced reasonably. Only places that still have those prices are mcdonalds walmart and dominoes. 13+$ for a sandwich is pretty crazy .

My husband and I went there today 10/22/25, they had no bacon, ham, American cheese, and other items they had to go in the back for shredded cheese, meatballs, the bins were mostly empty, tomatoes were sour my sandwich didn’t have any sauce on it and server didn’t ask, both workers were sitting down talking to friends the whole time we were there instead of restocking what needed to be done for next customers/rush. I have gone to this subway for years. It seems like they no longer value customers. Ever since they got new ownership they got terrible employees. All the good ones are gone. They served me extra short flat bread sub while charging me for a footlong. The sub didn’t even compare to my other foot long sub in size.. I called the store. The employee that answered the phone told me she knew about the smaller flat breads. She put the manager on the phone that just wanted to argue about the size that he thought was a foot long. He said he measured it. I said well Its not a foot long. That’s false advertisement. He asked my name then tells me they don’t send out refunds. I don’t see the point in asking my name I would have to come in after he got me all heated. Who would want to face such a argumentive employee? I already have medical issues and don’t need to be arguing with people. He refused me a gift card or refund by mail knowing his screw up.. I had no intentions on coming back and I shouldn’t have to after the money spent out already just to pick the sub up. When I ate this sub I realized the sub bread was so stale I couldn’t chew it. I have all of my teeth too. The employees at this store refused to give me the owners number or the managers supervisor. I tried looking up complaint numbers for subway. But none was found. All I could find is a way to email franchise but heard no feedback after a few days since my complaint was sent. I will never go to subway again.

My granddaughter and I went on July 18 to subway, the kitchen was messy with food on floor. The person that waited on us was nice, but our order was ready but had to wait for the whole line before I could pay, so as I wait for 4 other people orders…my food that was toasted was cold. When asked she said I like to do all the order and then cash out.

Went in at 8:50 pm to get three sandwiches, there were four people in line. No one around to help. Finally a kid walks out from the back and said “well I already put everything away so it’ll be a while.” Went to the parking lot to decide what we wanted to do and he came out to talk to a girl waiting in a car and started to complain that we had come in. Terrible service. Would not recommend. Couldn’t tell you how the food was as we never got any.
