Ya know… it was a strange layout, with some dirty walls and chipped laminate counters. But they didn’t mess up my order, got to me quick (and my order to me quickly as well), had courteous staff who were helpful, and even went the extra mile to instruct me on how to connect to the WI-FI. They also have AC outlets with USB-A plugs in the walls every few spaces. That is super useful, as it was super useful for me to drop in just in time before I was late for a remote meeting. Life savers!

My order from this location is consistently screwed up. This instance I got 2 everything bagels with 2 different types of cream cheese. One bagel had 2 tops and the other had 2 bottoms. Accidents happen but it’s nearly every visit something like this happens.

I’ve been choosing Dunks as my caffeination station of choice as late because the quality has been consistent and the pricing isn’t highway robbery like some other places. I also want to give major props to the staff because even when they’re so busy, they’ve been so sweet and kind and don’t seem like they hate it there.

Does anyone actually enjoy coming here? Every month or so I decide to give them another chance, maybe they’ve improved, and I’m always disappointed. Today the Snackin’ Bacon was just charcoal. I get that mistakes happen but to send a full order of black bacon to the customer is just insulting.

A good coffee can really turn the day around! I accidentally ordered my coffee like 30 mins too early and even tho they were super busy the worker took the time to remake my coffee, which she obviously didn’t have to do, and it was perfect.

Very frustrated that every trip I make here, something about my order is messed up OR it takes a half hour to get through a fairly short line. Today, I asked for an americano with toasted almond flavor. What did I get? A plain black coffee. Even just says coffee on the sticker.
I get mistakes once in a while, but the fact that these mistakes are consistent is frustrating. Unfortunately there’s only one dunkin in Gray, so I’ll continue coming, but I will hold up the line every time to make sure that my orders are correct since it’s 50/50 apparently.

Update after a couple of months: Still messing up our orders about half the time. The picture is “avocado toast with bacon” we ordered today. No other dunkin makes it in such a lazy manner, and this wasn’t just a one time thing. This is how they consistently make it.

On October 6th I ordered TWO things of snackin bacon. To my excitement when I received them after paying I was thrilled to snack on them. Then this tragic incident occurred the bacon was well under cooked, not seasoned and tasted like cardboard. I then went in to make my complain and I had told them that the bacon was under cooked and the lady told me she cooked it well enough. She then proceeded to recook the SAME bacon and once it was done it came back just a LITTLE more cooked but it was still nasty!! Overall experience 0/10 I do not recommend.
