It’s really a hit or a miss. I’ve been to this Starbucks over 100 times and 90 percent of the time my drinks come out very good but other times I get these disgusting drinks for example one time I asked for 2 pumps of this apple fall syrup and the drink tasted like straight syrup. Sometimes there is also a bad chai to milk ratio sometimes to much chai sometimes to much milk same goes with refreshers the same drink is a different shade each time and all the workers have a different opinion on what light ice is other then that this Starbucks is pretty great.

Wild scene at a Starbucks yesterday — staff actually called animal control on a woman quietly working on her laptop in the lobby with her dogs in the car on a cool day. And continued to intervene with customers waiting even when the AC guy said that the dogs were fine and not in distress. The whole crew jumped in like a mob of performative do-gooders, and the music was blaring so loud that it was chaotic.

Ordered a latte through the mobile app and planned to go through drive-through, but the line was enormous so I went inside and patiently waited to be greeted, which was fine, they looked very busy. once the barista came over she said sorry “we’re understaffed” and I told her I understood and it was not a problem and they could take their time. Then she asked what I wanted and I told her I put in a mobile order for drive-through for “Alissa spelt ALISSA, with an I not a Y” and then one of the other staff members at the other end very rudely said “uhm her order is literally RIGHT here I JUST called it” And shook her head like I was the stupid one. I reiterated that that’s not how you spell my name and that was not my order and I was ignored. I walked out of the store with nothing and their mobile app does not have a cancellation feature that I’m aware of so I won’t be getting my money back apparently.

Was terrific loved my drink. I got a coffee frapechino added Carmel, women was super sweet and offered to make my drink even better she added those coffee Carmel sugar crumbles and caramel through out drink, couldn’t have been happier! Too top things off ended off with a insane good cup of iced coffee white mocha slapped def check it out!

I actually go to Starbucks almost daily. The batistas are AMAZING. I’m a regular so, I pull up to the window any time of day and they know my order. If the order is wrong I still get service with a smile.

There is a funny odor when entering the building. The employees are attentive. My order was not right on 2 occasions, a little disappointing especially for the prices charged for whip cream and topping. There was a gentleman who was so customer oriented that had waited on us his name was if we remember correctly Nicky? He is an asset to your establishment. The orders came out perfectly.
