Something has changed at this location. We always get great service and smiles. The food has always been fresh and good. However, the last 3 times we have gone there (past 2 weeks), the fries have been fresh but under-cooked. Happened again last night. They were fresh from the frier. Very hot, but not in the least crispy like they used to be. Either the frier temp has been lowered or the time in the oil has been reduced. But something has changed. We will wait a few weeks before we try them again.

I’m so displayed that the service from this McDonald’s and the excuses they told me when clearly there was nobody in the drive-through nor dining Inn and the Manager told me they were busy. Clearly. doing a safety meeting or goofing off. I can’t believe how sorry this one McDonald’s has become . This is the third time less than a year. I’ve had to call them out for stuff.when order was placed online they can truly screw and Oder up and then play stupid. The sad part is two happy meals warrant even handed to me and I had to tell the manager to look at the order and figure it out. I’m not getting paid to to their job. But a 50$ order that truly doesn’t mean anything to a child is worth a Moment. The Day crew at least tries to do their best and makes sure the customer leaves Order I hope a dish manager or corporate office manager response to this disappointment in service and put somebody much older that responsible to make sure an order is handled correctly

As a place to work it’s terrible, employers are two faced, lying and just talk bad about other employees when they are supposed to be “leadership” everyone is very disrespectful to the point of making people cry. Do not work here if you value your sanity and or your respect because they throw all that out the window. As for the food it’s not good either. You park me for something as simple as a large fry, because you only care about your times not the customer.

Fastest McDonald’s I’ve been to in decades. Payed at window one picked my food at window two less then 60 seconds after. This happened both times ive been here. Very happy with the no wait.

I ordered Food at the window and asked for two ranches with my meal and was told to ask the second window just to be told that I can’t have more than one and I was supposed to pay for them. Even though i was told to just ask. The lady was rude and short. Will never return to this horrible McDonald’s.

The employees are always polite and the place is clean. The food on the other hand is not that great unless you ask for fresh fries you will get old ones or worse reheated and the burger meat has a low quality taste. I use to get the breakfast bacon until around a few months ago it started having a garlic funky taste. For now if I have a craving for mcdonalds I will go to a different location.

Let me start by saying I go to this location at minimum once a week. I have met a plethora of workers over the past year and everybody has been pleasant. I have complimented several employees on their kindness.

With that being said, I actually don’t rate the restaurant a one star but the service of the young man who was at the drive-through (first window) on August 13, 2025 at around 9:10 PM was below par. If I were a manager and witnessed the interaction, I would have him removed from the drive-through window. (The young man at second window was very polite – greeted me, handed me my food and wished me a great rest of my night).

I have empathy for workers who are in the fast food industry because it’s not an easy field. This is the first time I’m seeing this employee so I don’t know if he’s new or a transfer, but he needs more training.

Loxahatchee has an issue with phone service. I’m trying to load one of the coupons and it’s not loading in time for me to give the code at the order screen. I have connected to the establishments Wi-Fi before And that also is not much help from outside of the actual building. I’m aware that it’s easier to give the code at the order screen then it is at the window, but if the code is not loading in time, I give the code at the window when I go to pay.

I don’t appreciate an employee TRYING To reprimand me about when I need to give him my code when the code won’t load due to circumstances out of his control and my control and telling me that next time, I can’t get my order if I don’t give him my code at the order screen. I don’t think corporate would appreciate hearing that either. Every other worker in the drive-through is usually empathic when the codes don’t load because they know the service is not that good but for whatever reason this one wanted to argue and trust me, I had time. He offered ZERO solution when I asked him what he wanted me to do if there’s not service and the wifi isn’t working.

I’m going to chuck up this experience to the fact that he was overwhelmed because he wasn’t even taking the orders in the drive-through based on who came first/alternating lanes. He skipped over a couple of people in my lane to keep taking the orders from one side so that makes me think that he was having a hard time with the amount of orders coming in. Maybe have a different person in the drive thru or have a second person taking orders to help. In the meantime he needs to tone it down and check his attitude. Needless to say, I won’t be returning anytime soon.
