I love Pizza Hut. I decided to get Pizza Hut from the Bessemer city, NC location. I drove to pick up my pizzas, but the guy had forgotten some pizza items, and I did not get my marinara sauce and had to return back and get it. I wanted a cookie but he wanted me to come inside to pay, but I asked if he could charge it on my credit card, but he told me he didn’t know how to do it. So I got the items I paid for and left because I injured my leg and informed at first that I had to do curbside.

So my wife made an online purchase for delivery for her mother and nephew less than 2 miles away. The order never showed at the time it said it would. Grandma had to drive to the store just to find out the manager cancelled the order because the called an hour and a half looking for it. There’s a reason why this guy is working for a pizza chain..you don’t have to be good at your job to keep it at Pizza Hut
