The people working there are nice and easy to communicate with. Unlike other places they are more patient. The food they serve sometimes gets stale and with a few years (like 4) from ordering there i find that receiving the stale food is uncommon in terms of rate. There is a constant smell the expels itself through the drive through window, I would go inside if I was nauseous or sick to order instead. If you go inside there’s a 50/50 chance that someone would approach you asking for money (don’t blame the store on that though). That’s the dual nature of risks of going inside and using the drive through.

NOT ADA compliant. If you’re in a wheelchair you can’t get into the door. Yesterday after trying to open the door to no avail. I decided to try the drive thru. That was a mistake. When I finally got the drive thru cashier’s attention I tried placing my order. The cashier then informed me that she would have to REFUSE me service.

7ish PM…This store has gone down tremendously. This use to be one of the best in town…Those days are gone. No one speaks, the bathroom is disqusting, looks like pee is on the floor. The drink area is nasty, tea urns are empty, the dining room is nasty. Employees are standing around when someone should have been cleaning. My food was cold, to the point my cheese didn’t melt. My fries were warm, a toddler could have eaten them. My food was remade. Everything was hot this time. Upper management should pop in unannounced and see what we see, then do something about it.

I loved the bun, the chicken has the perfect ratio of breading to meet. I dont really like the sauce or the pickles. Taste aside they did good with the sandwich.

Unfortunately, I can’t rate the food since I didn’t get any. A few coworkers and I walked in at approximately 1:55pm to grab some lunch. As we walked in, three different employees looked at us and seemed to be unhappy that we came in. No one ever greeted us. Yet, they were on their cellphones. After about 5 min, one coworker asked if someone could come take our order. Him asking that, didn’t help. They pretty much ignored him. I then had to ask for help. She said we didnt even have a register up her with an attitude. I asked for a manager and explained to her about what occurred. She seemed to be shocked that no one greeted us, but didn’t really care. We just left since they didn’t want to assist customers.

This is the Nicest looking Burger King, I have ever been in. I went on a Monday afternoon and Nikesha was so polite and accommodating. My food was hot. But it was her service and personality that made the experience a good one for Me. Thank you Nikesha.

I just left their drive thru. They wasn’t busy, but the food was super, super cold.. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the double whopper or double cheeseburger. The chicken nuggets was hard and cold. If I could give it zero stars I would.
