Wetzel’s serves the best, buttery, delicious pretzels and pretzel bites! Our daughter loves the mango boba lemonade, and the (seasonal) frozen hot chocolate is incredible. Another favorite is their huge cheese and pepperoni pretzel.

These are literally the best pretzels ever. They are so buttery, fresh, delicious and just the best. The best part really is that the are nice hot and so soft. This is better than any other pretzel brand around. You have to try the one with the store front. 10/10 recommend the cheese one.

Ordered Pizza Bites but they said it would take an hour, oredered CinaBitz but was told it’ll take 30min. There were just two other customers and the workers were talking more than cooking. Then ordered Pepsi but it was out. Mind you, it was just 11:45, they just opened so it should’ve been stocked up. Very disappointing experience

I usually love Wetzel’s Pretzels but the selection I received from the mall kiosk was mostly burnt and dried. The display selection in the display case when I went in looked very good so I was disappointed when I opened my bag to see the selection that I had received. It felt like false advertising. I received a batch that the cook should have thrown out.

I was shopping in Washington Square Mall, and I stopped to get Wetzel’s Pretzels and had a great experience. I got an original and a jalapeño pretzel which were both delicious! The gentleman who took my order was very patient and pleasant. Mikey didn’t make me feel rushed when making my decision, even though there was a line of people behind me. I will definitely be back for pretzels next time I’m at the mall.

Went there yesterday and got a burnt batch. I was super sad because it’s the one treat I look forward to at the mall. Unfortunately I saved it to eat when I got home and didn’t realize until I was driving home.
The ones in window at the kiosk looked real but they pulled out the bag from ones they had already to go. Cook must have burned them and been afraid to tell anyone. Idk but I wasted my money. Buyer beware!!!!!!

The low ratings scared me, but I’m glad I went. The jalapeno pretzel was absolutely amazing. Tasted just like pizza!!! I wanted to visit Annie’s to compare but Annie’s doesn’t have a comparable version 🙁

The girls on staff probably got the recipe wrong because the pretzels were completely flat and they were more involved in their conversation instead of the customers. I had to repeat myself like four times in order for her to pay attention to me. I love and appreciate service employees and always tip but the girl attending me would literally turn to her friend and continue their conversation while I was ordering and so had to keep repeating myself. BAD SERVICE
