I have not been here for many years just simply out of not really craving subs and not out of dislike for it. I have always ordered the same thing-just bacon, lettuce and cheese and the employees would always only put 2 small strips of bacon to each 6 inch, even though I was not adding any other meats. If I asked for more bacon then I was upcharged for it. My daughter wanted Subway so we came in last night and I noticed there was a lot less selections of bread and the prices were much higher than they used to be. The young man who was working the counter, I did not catch his name, was very kind and he put a lot of bacon on my sub. When I told him I appreciated how much bacon he added, he told me if I was only getting bacon and no other meats, they were supposed to be adding more than just 2 strips and he seemed genuinely concerned that that was how I was getting my subs made for so long. The subs were great and we appreciated the employee and think he did a great job. He actually asked how I liked my bacon and made sure he was not making it too crispy or too chewy, and that extra work is not something many employees take the time to do, so I highly appreciate it. I wish I had caught his name to give him a little shout out.

We went there and ordered three subs two BLTs and an Italian. They charged us first before making the subs and then proceeded to make the two BLT subs they put the cheese and bacon put it in the toaster oven and then wrapped it did not put no vegetables. They made the Italian sub and they added roast beef and some other stuff that never goes on an Italian with no badgers. Then after ringing us up first and making the subs, they told us they had no vegetables paid 50 something dollars for three subs that did not have half of what it was supposed to have and the bread was rock hard.

Why order a sandwich online and when arriving at pick up time you have to wait an additional 30 minutes. Hire more people to accommodate orders and in store line. Horrible customer service and your poor associates!

They were extremely rude when I asked to add additional toppings. Harmony, the worker at the cash register was extremely unprofessional. Said you couldn’t customize a sub – I’ve never heard a subway doing that before. I asked them to charge me for extra meat. Even then got attitude about it.

The assistant manager was having a childish tantrum, disrespected me, started cussing at me and threatened to stab me…we’ll see what a judge has to say about the threats though.. very childish and unprofessional… go to sammies subs instead always fresh and kind people

Worst meal ever! Where to begin. It was wrapped like 5 different times, I’m guessing to keep all the sauce in. It was sooooo soggy that I had to peel all 5 wrappers apart, and they just kept tearing like wet napkins. The sandwich just fell apart everywhere. I actually had to eat the sub in a large bowl because it just fell apart so much. On top of that, I call to complain and it says the number isn’t even working. Hmmmm. I wonder why. Worst service ever!
