This KFC is also an A&W so it has ice cream and burgers. The food tends to be a little bit better and fresher than the other locations I’ve been to.

What really stands out is the very, very consistent. Very very good customer service.
They are always friendly and quick .

Sure, it’s fast food
Sure, fast food preppers make lots of mistakes. I was there on the 26th of April, whining about my burnt up tenders I made a second video of how wonderful and kind they were. They simply replaced them. Easy peasy.

We go here twice a week with a family of 8.

Normally never have a problem here but our order last night was horrible. All the chicken was overcooked and the 4 sandwiches were inedible. The chicken was so rock hard you couldn’t bite through it. Complained and would only reimburse half the order. Have yet to hear from the store.

Had a pretty awful experience. Drive thru guy wasn’t speaking clearly and interrupting. Didn’t offer options. Asked for a medium fried he says “we dont have medium” okay?? Sat at the window for a few minutes while they ran around only to ask us to drive to the front of the store and park. Around 10 min later I finally walked into the store as the guy was walking out. Instead of handing me my food he walked outside and when I followed he questioned me like I hadn’t placed the order. He started asking me what I had ordered. I told him its obviously mine since I was the only customer but he still withheld the order until I recited the whole order. Terrible efficiency and poor customer service. What happend to employees being polite and cheerful?

I normally receive great service at the Canby KFC and have never had an issue before picking up door dash orders. But tonight was completely different. The drive-thru employee, Annie, was very dismissive and rude. She kept her name tag tucked away, and at one point she even leaned her whole upper body out of the window toward my car in a way that felt aggressive and intimidating.
This location is usually great, so I hope management addresses this. One employee shouldn’t be allowed to change the reputation of an otherwise solid store.

Chicken is pale and soggy. We ordered the dunk it bucket. The strips were pale and soggy as well as tough. The biscuits were dry and came with no butter or honey. Spent 25$ for pure disappointment. I was excited because it’s been awhile since we have had it. And I was on my lunch hour from work and bought my daughter and I some food only to throw it out. All we could really stomach was the potatoes. Time and money I won’t get back.

Went thru the drive thru tonight (Wednesday). Order KFC and burgers. The 3 piece chicken was extra crispy (ordered regular) and TINY for $12 meal. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was cold and hard as a rock. Got apple pies, awful flavor. The burger was good, fries, biscuits mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy were all great! Ran inside when we forgot to order extra biscuits, inside was super clean, and service was good! In the drive thru, we were asked to park up front while they prepare our order, thinking it would all be fresh. Not so much. But What happened to the Colonel?

Do not order online! Check your order before you leave! It’s almost impossible to get refunded for missing items! You will need to contact customer service and not the restaurant you picked up at. Even with the order number the customer service representative will pass you between departments causing you to repetitively repeat all your information so they can open a case. This is typical wear the customer out so they give up tactics. I’m out $18 big deal but I will never eat KFC again!!!!!!!
