I read many reviews and was surprised by the negative comments about the service. Based on my experience, I only started liking Tim Hortons coffee because of this place. The service is excellent and fast, and the entire staff is wonderful. I see them working very hard, especially the girl who takes orders at the window. Today, I was eager to know her name, and she said it was Sana. She’s truly amazing and always smiling. I personally love this place, and it deserves more than 5 stars.

Used to be a good location, not anymore! Besides getting the order wrong, you pay almost 4 dollars for a bagel. There’s barely any cream cheese on it. It dry as hell!! Pictures look like they wiped to clean the knife on it!! Do better Tim Hortons you’re not cheap anymore

For some reason I always have to wait an extra 30 minutes when I place an order online for a hot latte… so 45-60 minutes in total. I place the order online for a reason, so it will be ready by the time or close to when I arrive. But it takes longer it seems like. I’m very disappointed in this. Just decided to go back to Starbucks that’s across the street.

I was at the drive-thru this morning and I specifically requested an english muffin with just eggs and cheese – I repeated that twice because the lady speaking to me asked what type of bread I wanted and I repeated the whole order once more. Came to work to find out they put a ham patty with my eggs and cheese. So disgusted and they’re not answering the phone for me to tell them

I would rate it lower than 1 star if I could. Whenever I place an order, they consistently forget the sauce or bring me items I didn’t even order. This business is a complete joke and desperately needs staff who can comprehend orders and the menu.
Update 12/16/2024: I gave this place another shot, but they still forgot the chipotle sauce in my farmer’s wrap. They weren’t even busy, so no excuse there. The owner seems careless, and the staff really lacks experience. Worst location ever.
New update 12/31/2024: This place still struggles with adding chipotle sauce to sandwiches. It’s either the sauce is missing or the hash brown isn’t included. Stay tuned for another update soon.
New Update 05/17/2025: I still didn’t get the chipotle sauce for my farmers wrap, even after I specifically asked the lady to make sure it was added. It’s really frustrating when you make a request and it gets overlooked.
New update: 07/14/2025: they missed chipotle sauce in the egg and cheese farmer’s wrap.
