For a fast food place I enjoy this place. Since it was renovated a couple a years back it is a little less busy with subdued decor. The service is usually prompt and polite. If I have to choose a fast food place this is one of my top choices.

Was so disappointed we are back in KS visiting family and look forward coming all the way from AZ but tonight was the worst! We waited in the drive-thru line for almost 15 mins after being told they would be right with us. Everyone in the drive-thru left. There were 5 cars in line and we all drove off. Thank goodness Braums is right next door because we all wound up there!

Food was great as always, was kinda disappointed in the customer service. Lady who took my order was just rude. All she said was, for here or to go… didn’t even say hello. I was unsure if she was taking my order as she wasn’t looking at me and was looking off to the side.
As far as the food goes, I ordered the #2 and the burger and fries were delicious. I had asked for the buffalo seasoning be added to the fries but it was not put on and I had to go back up and ask again.
I also ordered the 6pc mini donuts which comes with a side of icing. The icing was so thick that it was impossible to dip the donuts into it. I would recommend making the icing more fluid. The donuts were good other than that.

If you’re going to have someone working your drive through window and greeting your customers, make sure they’re not rude. Awful customer service . Snatched the money out of my hand. When I said thank you I got kk response. Common courtesy would be the bare minimum here. Won’t return

I hadn’t eaten here in 18 years. Where I live we don’t have a Spangles and I haven’t seen one in almost 18 years. So when I saw this one I literally cut over immediately and pulled in. It was like, 9:30- 10 in the morning so they were serving breakfast, I asked the guy if it was too early for a hamburger he said it’ll take a little bit longer but , no, order what you want. I got a Mushroom Swiss burger, french fries, and a Pepsi. I didn’t think it took any longer then what it would have in the afternoon. Everything was fresh. Fry’s they come in a little cup which that was pretty cool. It was every bit of as good as what I remember. I’m so glad I stopped in here every time I see a Spangles I’m going to have to stop because they are just that good. Best fast food French fries, hands down by far.

the boneless wings were actually cut up chicken strips with buffalo sauce and a miselry helping of parm I asked for the fries- to have the parmesan sprinkle on the side – I’m pretty sure I got the garlic Parm butter stuff that’s supposed to go in the wings.and the price … ridiculous for what I ordered what I got .and the fact that I had to wait for fresh- but nothing was fresh.so I’m confused on where the standard is…or where it went.

A little disappointed i pulled through the drive through person started to take our order and then he started sounding pretty irritated so we decided not to order ice cream but we got to the window paid and got pulled forward for fresh fries and then I open the bag to eat said “fresh fries” and they are not fresh at all they are warm at best and its super disappointing because I love the fries here i should have stopped at one of the other locations but I stopped here because it was closest to home all in all I think ill stop at a different one next time unimpressed to say the least

Went in for some lunch with my husband today and it was probably the best Spangles experience I’ve had in the 20 years I’ve gone. (All different locations) The restaurant was so clean, even the bathrooms, and an employee was still cleaning tables. The area with the soda machine and condiments was very well stocked and clean, too. An employee brought our food to our table and let me tell ya, it was fresh, fresh! Great job to the staff there today! 4/2 around 2:30!

I had the Classic American meal deal.The mud slide and fries were excellent. The burger would have been really good if it wasn’t for the pickles and sauce. The pickles must have either been bread and butter or some odd kosher, but we’re not normal dill. The sauce had and odd sweet taste too it. The establishment as a whole was clean and well maintained. I would go back, but I would get a different burger.
