My family discovered Menny’s pizzeria about a year ago and after trying a handful of different spots, we’ve been coming here almost every week since.
I generally don’t write reviews, but it’s hard to find great customer service these days. You can tell a lot about a place based on how they treat customers when things go wrong.
Last Friday, I ordered 2 pizzas and one of the pizza orders was incorrectly taken. Also, instead noting the order for delivery, they had marked it for pickup. Needless to say, with hungry kids, it was not a great situation. I called after an hour and they quickly rushed the order to me.
In addition, they acknowledged they had incorrectly taken the order for one of the pizzas and credited the entire order.
The owner personally called and we came back today and both pizzas (and knots) were cooked to perfection.
Would highly recommend ordering, and dining in and we will continue to come here.
Our favorites include:
(1) What’s in the box with garlic, dipped in their garlic sauce
(2) Cheese pizza, cooked what’s in the box style if you like a nice doughy pizza. At least that’s what my two kids can’t get enough of.
(3) can’t go wrong with the cinnamon sugar knots

Good place for pizza with toppings twist. The dough is exceptional the sauce was a bit flat.

It was my first time dining at Greeks and our experience lived up to all the expectations. We were warmly greeted by a kind man on Saturday afternoon when we walked in. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly, our pizza and knots were delicious. I highly recommend the Matt’s Everything knots. We had a traditional red sauce pizza and a olive oil base pizza and both had great flavor with the freshest ingredients. Drinks were topped off consistently. I highly recommend Greeks Pizza and we look forward to our next visit.

We were meaning to go there for a while, but for one reason or another never did it untill today’s and we were not disappointed, the food was great, and the service amusing, friendly, outgoing and very adnowledge, we have a great time and good food. Definitely going back. We love it.

After moving from Valpo, I hadn’t had Greek’s in years. I worked there several years in highschool and had eaten their pizza every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights. Being in town for the holidays we decided to grab some pizza and knotz. After Mike’s recent passing I was hoping to see a familiar face. Saw Kim behind the counter and walked up and hugged her and it felt like family even after 20 years. Alex and Matt were working too so I got a chance to see them all. You can’t find anything similar to Greek’s pizza. I’ve tried. One of my favorite family owned restaurants that treats everyone fairly and instills a healthy work ethic for anyone who’s had the luck of working with them. Love you all for what you did for me and countless other people. Love and miss you Mike! Love and miss you too Carol (I promise I’m still cutting onions the way you showed me)

On a very cold night earlier this week, we ventured out to Greek’s Pizzeria for the first time. We’ve passed by numerous times and told ourselves we had to try it. Photos and menu told us that we would love it. Well, we liked it, but we did not love it. Our server was super friendly and very efficient, but we were one of only two tables, and then we were the only table with dine-in customers. To be fair, there were a few pick up orders during our time there. A super cold Monday, who goes out? The antipasto salad was very good. Matt’s everything knots were super! Hot, garlicky, excellent. The pizza was the let down. We ordered 16 inch with sausage, mushrooms, and onions, extra cheese, extra sauce. I know there was a crust. I know there was cheese. I know there was sauce. But the toppings were nearly invisible. I’m not sure that there was any sausage on it. And that pie was $33!! Wine by the glass was good. We had a nice time. But the pizza was such a let down, we won’t be going back.

Had an awesome meal at Greek’s Pizzeria! The pizza was amazing — super fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor. The prices were fair and the portions were generous, perfect for a nice casual meal. The staff was really friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely one of my new favorite pizza spots in Indiana — I’ll be back for sure!

One of my favorite pizza restaurants anywhere. Traditional American style pizza with great tasting sauce and toppings. The restaurant interior is classic and a bit dated. But, the pizza is top notch. The staff are outstanding.

Wonderful family atmosphere in a great downtown setting. Really does have a nostalgic feeling of old pizzerias. Lots of room for big family get-togethers also private booths and smaller seating up front. Not to mention their food is absolutely amazing. Wonderful different varieties of pizza to try, all of them with great flavor. The staff is friendly, welcoming and courteous. Highly recommend anyone in the Valparaiso area to check this place out.
