Villa Terraza is a hidden gem in the middle of the San Fernando Valley in Shadow Hills; which is a beautiful city with ranch houses and horses. This restaurant goes back to the 1930s. The restaurant looks like a medieval European home mini castle. I recommend reservations. This is a perfect place for a nice celebratory event or a date night or an anniversary dinner. It was a great dining experience. I took my best friend for her birthday on a Thursday, and they had a happy hour menu. I ordered a glass of sauvignon Blanc from the happy hour menu it was $9.00 bucks. My friend ordered a glass of chardonnay for $5.00. Then our server read the specials, but we ended up going with the dinner menu entrees. I ordered Chicken Fortzola Italia, and my friend ordered Alfredo Fettuccine. I have to give this place an A plus because the scenery was so cute. The restrooms were very clean as well. This restaurant is a whole photo OP those of you influencers in the wild, or for anyone who visits, definitely be picture ready. The food delicious, the scenery beautiful, the service wonderful, and most importantly the prices were very reasonable. I will for sure be back.

I’ve been to Via Terraza Restaurant a few times now and it has been wonderful every single visit. I’ve had the steak as well as a few of their pasta dishes, and everything has been flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care that went into the food.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service always makes you feel like a valued guest. The only thing that would make it perfect for me is if they carried my favorite Wine Barrel Riot wines, but I’m happy to bring my own next time and pay the corkage fee.
Highly recommend this local gem.

Back in April of 2024 I celebrated my baby shower here, everything was so beautiful. The atmosphere is very mellow, and perfect for our celebration. I had about 22 guest that day , we decorated the outside patio and our food was served and very delicious, I even had a no beef or chicken dish for one of the guest but we all ate it cause it was very good. Our server was very attentive to our needs, I had great compliments on the choice my husband and I made to have a friends only bbyshowe for our baby. I thought I had review sooner lol .

This fantastic and unusual Italian restaurant is a delightful experience. The chicken piccata was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The outdoor patio is surrounded by interesting old structures and lovely plants. There is some road noise (the restaurant is on a busy road) but it doesn’t take away from the quaint atmosphere of this historic place. The service was great.
This place is definitely worth a visit for a great meal and fun setting if you are in the area.

What a gem in the valley! High class food with affordable prices. The private booths make everything feel intimate, yet they have open tables and the patio is HUGE! I highly recommend this Italian restaurant!

My sisters and I enjoyed ourselves dinning at Villa Terraza. The atmosphere of the restaurant is charming and pleasant. Our server, Patricia was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu items. The food was fresh and good sized portions. We started with the Caprese and it was delicious. The dinner salad was larger and very good. The garlic cheese bread was perfectly done, buttery, cheesy, and just the right amount of garlic! I ate the Salmon Supreme, one of the specials for the evening, which was fettuccine noodles, large pieces of salmon, spinach with red sauce. Tiramisu was heavenly! All of the ingredients tasted homemade and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant, well worth the price!
