First and last visit. I ordered a traditional crust cheese pizza and it was horriblen almost inedible. The crust was very rubbery and difficult to bite off a piece, and unevenly cooked. Half of the pizza was slightly overcooked, while the other half was burnt. In addition to the crust being rubbery and overcooked, they very very stingy with the cheese topping. Save your money and your stomach, don’t eat at Fired Pizza West.

Normally this place is decent. Today was disappointing. The last few times they don’t ask for phone number for rewards and have to ask them to put it in. Today I ordered 2 cheese pizzas for carryout and was told 7 minutes. 20 minutes later still no pizzas. I went to counter to ask and he had to search for my pizzas. He found them in a cabinet below the counter. I asked why he didn’t let me know when they were done since I was sitting 5 feet away waiting for them. I got no answer and no apologies. Might be the last time I go there.

My husband and I stopped for a quick bite while out on errands. We came in and placed order to dine in. Their lunch prices were very affordable. Order was ready within minutes and it looked and smelled amazing. Their tables were pretty clean, we sat and enjoyed our pizzas. We had a cheese and a ham pizza combos with drinks. Pizzas were a decent size for a personal size. I wasn’t able to finish my whole pizza in one sitting.
We will definitely return! Great place, with great prices and delicious pizza.

I started off thrilled to go inside. My kids asked for pizza. So, we go inside and wash our hands. The first thing I noticed was that the trash bin had been emptied but they left the replacement bag hanging over the side of the receptacle. We washed our hands and I held onto the papers that were used by my baby girl and myself. I hadn’t noticed that my son had tossed his into the bin.
I headed over to the kiosk to place our order and some husky guy comes wailing his hands over his head, “Oh there’s no bag in the trash can! And they are throwing trash inside of the bin,” he huffed. Now, there is more than one way to handle this. The behavior was unsettling and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
Like most business owners, you’ll ignore the reviews that can help you ensure that every guest is treated with respect. I would have gladly asked my son to remove the paper from the bin. Because we respect everyone, you dig?

First time at the location. Very clean and organized. The server/food maker greeted us and made our family feel welcomed. He went into detail and explained how everything works when you order. My son ordered a meatball sub which he enjoyed. We ordered a veggie pie and a thicker crust with mushrooms, sausage, and green peppers. Will definitely be back.

Fired up pizza is great! The food is quickly prepared and the staff is always nice, there’s not much more to say. The interior of the restaurant is clean and there’s ample seating, and it’s great for a quick lunch to go or a sit down dinner.
Usually I’ve got a lot to say either good OR bad, but fired up keeps it simple— good pizza, good service, good experience.
I love the pizza but they’ve also got other options available too, and they’ve got a cauliflower crust!

I just received and tried for the first time. The pizza is not only bad it’s abhorrent!!! I picked hand tossed and both pizzas are so thin its a thin crust. The topping are scant or non existent and scattered. I paid $50 by the time tax, delivery, and price of pizza. It is horrible. I literally should’ve bought a good brand frozen pizza and it would’ve been better! Serious review, please save your money and time!! Picture added please judge for yourself! The pic is of a bacon ranch, hand tossed crust. Notice not a shred of bacon! Def not hand tossed. Not to mention the quality.

Terrible food, bad pizza and Stromboli. The bottom of the pizza and Stromboli was slightly burnt and hurt my stomach. My toddler didn’t like it either, and that’s saying a lot for a toddler that LOVES pizza. Waste of money 🙁
