Props to whoever was working 2/20/26 around 7:30-8. I assumed they were busy when I was sitting at the drive-thru for a minute, I decided to pull around at the thought of the speaker not working however they were seriously just that busy tonight. They let me order at the window and the service was still very considerate and kind. My meal came out not too long after and it was still hot and fresh by the time I got home. This location is always a hit and never a miss, at least for me personally!

Businesses and their excuses to not do right in the first place and then wonder why they claiming they have the issues they do. Common thing in Panera I hear people seem to be stealing the cups. You ever think maybe people just not putting in their sip club orders? Over the years I’ve heard several locations already figured this one out. If I order a cup I expect it to be where I can get it not staring at me with the order receipt all the way in the kitchen infront of me with nobody around to give me it. It’s a cup man. If that’s too much to put out normal you need new management with better business and financial knowledge. This doesn’t look good. Nice people just poorly run. Why are you the only panera that don’t have cane syrup for people’s drinks? Covids over stop with the excuses already. Businesses got too comfortable with this and everyone’s sick of hearing them. Do right and maybe yall will do better. A lot of worse of areas that can. There’s no excuses here.

I had to go back in to her forgotten items from my mobile order. The staff was polite and corrected the issue immediately and offered me an apology. Seemed like an honest mistake, but for a mobile order where they had all the time in the world to make it, wouldn’t expect things to get missed. The restaurant is highly automated with ordering kiosks. You get your drink cups after you’ve ordered by showing your receipt. Very clean atmosphere and plenty of parking. Food is what you’d expect at any Panera, so morning to really mention there. Great overall and would go back to this location, but be sure to double-check any take out ones.

The Grovetown Panera is a very lovely place, and I truly miss going here every since I moved away from the area.
Every time I came here, I always came to a friendly and peaceful restaurant, the place is so clean and looked after. Whether I actually ate here or it was a to go, it was a smooth experience every time.

For a warm cozy feel of a bread bowl by the fire was nice ambiance. The place was very clean and The food was prepared perfectly with hot soup and a fresh sandwich. Definitely will be back. Glad to know panera still has good value of freshness for your money and a quick meal.

Bumped ours as finished though it wasn’t because of a timer. Trying to look good to corporate or area managers at the result of customer confusion which in turn becomes a cost of customer dissatisfaction and ultimately poor customer service.

The service at their location has steadily declined since they opened. Ordered a kids grill cheese sandwich and got home to discover they had just popped it in the microwave. Nothing was grilled. There is a difference between marginal service and no service. This location provides no service. Let me also be clear, this is not just and employee issue, it’s also a management issue.

Panera bread used to be so delicious but I feel like you’re paying way more but getting so little food back. For a small salad its $9 is crazy. The caprese sandwich tasted ok and the caesar salad without chicken was yummy. This will be a once in a blue moon stop.

I’m a daily customer to Panera because of the unlimited sip club which they’re currently offering a 2 months free trial subscription and it’s $11.99 monthly after that. It’s definitely well worth it!
