For a warm cozy feel of a bread bowl by the fire was nice ambiance. The place was very clean and The food was prepared perfectly with hot soup and a fresh sandwich. Definitely will be back. Glad to know panera still has good value of freshness for your money and a quick meal.

Been a minute but went with friends. I order pick 2 and wonder why so pricey my total. Then my friend while ordering asks about sides but are only given a couple but menu clearly has more. She says cashier team member says I don’t know (standard answer) so she went with chips. I get my order and the pick 2 are full size individual which was confusing sing that had not happen before. It was explained baguettes can not be in pick 2 (even though a picture posted as such exact items I had ordered posted big as day as pick 2), I say the cashier should of said so. I ask for to go containers because obviously won’t be able to eat it all. Response don’t have any to fit, causes me to wonder how on line done. A side a whole apple not pieces which not clarified which should be so got chips. By now very disappointed and a bit peeved. Also dining area very dirty on floor and some tables not wiped. Not very appealing. They need updated posted menus and better trained staff.

I came in spent 63.00 ordered a sandwich they made wrong! I was suppose to have the usual sauce they put mayonnaise my husband went to ask to remake it and the girl wouldn’t she argued to a veteran that the sauce was correct even though it was white not Avacado green! This place is turning to junk! Waste of my money and no mama gets are ever operating this store and if you find one they’ll be 16-18 I won’t be returning but watch them go out of buisness because the reviews are poor and it stays empty! Go to evans Panera better staff and food

Ordered a Mediterranean grain bowl at this Panera today at the drive through, didn’t look at what was in the bag and drove home. When I took it out of the bag, I thought this was a joke: the bowl they gave me was 4 times smaller (literally) than the regular Panera bowl (and they charged me the full price, of course). It looked more like an appetizer: they put like a few arugula leaves, one slice of cucumber and ONE cherry tomato sliced in it, I AM NOT JOKING. This “bowl” looked so sad, my husband and I laughed really bad when we saw this. This is a whole new level of corporate shamelessness in pursuit of optimizing profits. I feel like next time I go they’ll just give me an empty bowl with a cucumber slice and one lonely sad arugula leaf on the bottom.

The service at their location has steadily declined since they opened. Ordered a kids grill cheese sandwich and got home to discover they had just popped it in the microwave. Nothing was grilled. There is a difference between marginal service and no service. This location provides no service. Let me also be clear, this is not just and employee issue, it’s also a management issue.

The food is delicious! We love their soups, mac’n’cheese, salads, warm bowls, sandwiches, flatbread pizzas (wish they still offered sausage with the pepperoni), and pastry/bakery items. The Sip Club helps to not feel the pinch of the price of the drinks. And pairing a drink with an entree gives a bakery item for half price.

I hate writing bad reviews and I am usually pretty impressed with Panera’s product and service. I placed an order through the app for pickup, arrived to the location at the designated pickup time and waited at the counter as my order was not on the shelf. After waiting for a minute or two, someone finally looked up long enough for me to ask if the bag on the counter was mine. They confirmed my name and handed me the order. Got home and both of my sides were missing, the bread on one of the sandwiches was overcooked and hard, the other sandwich was literally thrown together and falling apart, the scone was very undercooked and doughy in the middle. Very disappointing experience.
