There was a TSC by my college in Dayton back in the early 2000s and it was fantastic! I was so excited to see one opening in Mentor but unfortunately the quality and service isn’t anywhere near what I expected.
My son had a mango smoothie and chicken pesto flatbread which he said was good, but he would rather go to Pulp. I got an avocolada smoothie and the Thai chicken wrap (pictured below). Smoothie was fine if you like more of a slushy than a smoothie. The wrap was sloppy and the chicken TSC used was mushy and kind of slimy
Was hoping for a better experience but we will stick to Pulp or Beyond Juicery. Sorry TSC…need to up your game.

This place is fantastic. There are so many food and smoothie options. The açaí bowls being one of my favorites. Everything is amazing here, and one of my favorite smoothies is the Bahama Mama smoothie. The staff was really friendly as well. The place is very clean and organized.

If you’re looking for a great spot to get healthier food in Mentor, look no further than Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Conveniently located on Mentor Avenue, this place is a gem. We tried the Acai Berry Pomegranate Smoothie, Bahama Mama, and Island Green smoothies, which were all delicious. The Chicken Pesto flatbread and Thai Chicken wrap were equally amazing.
The cafe is very clean, and the staff is incredible, treating every customer with the utmost care. Highly recommend checking it out!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I asked for a bag , the older lady told me I didn’t need it. I had to grab my own cup holder . Just a terrible experience, she was very rude and nasty .

Everything I’ve ever ordered here is always great and it’s always consistent. The smoothies are always great and I like that they’re less sweet compared to that other place down the street. The chicken pesto flatbread is delicious. Pulp is crap, inconsistent every single time, grainy, too sweet and has awful service. Tropical Smoothie is far superior and the staff is always very nice. Their “game” is just fine.

I love this place. The food is amazing I droll because of the smell. My favorite food is the 3 cheese quesadilla. The smoothies are awesome as well, I love the bhamma mama that’s my favorite smoothie. The açaí bowl with Nutella is to die for. The staff is amazing and welcoming, everything is clean. This is a great spot for breakfast or lunch.

These smoothies have barely any taste. I froze an extra one, went to thaw it out, and this is what it looks like. It’s mostly ice. It is closer to a slushie or snowcone than an actual smoothie.
