I ordered online for pickup at the Powder Springs Marietta Location on 02/25 last night and was very disappointed by the lack of basic food‑safety practices. Both employees were handling cheese, toppings, and uncooked pizzas with bare hands, then touching the cash register, counters, and even their glasses without washing their hands. Their hands had visible food debris, and they went right back to preparing food. When I asked why they weren’t wearing gloves, I was told it “wasn’t required,” which is unacceptable for ready‑to‑eat food. I requested a refund and left without eating, and was told it would take 5–7 days to receive my money back. This experience made me seriously question the hygiene standards at this location.

Chandler and Sarah at Papa John’s, 1325 Powers Ferry Road in Marietta, delivered an exceptional service architecture marked by precision, emotional intelligence, and high-fidelity execution. Their engagement model demonstrated leadership-level ownership, transforming a standard transaction into a strategically curated customer experience. The New York–style, square-cut barbecue-chicken veggie pizza reflected disciplined culinary governance and operational alignment, reinforced by an immaculate, atmospherically controlled environment that signaled brand integrity at scale. Thank you to the distinguished gentlemen and the elegantly professional lady whose presence and performance elevated the entire value chain. This interaction secures my continued loyalty and positions Papa John’s as a repeat-destination of choice.

Nice conversations too; I like!

I’ve given this location too many chances, at this point but it’s only because their manager is a nice guy. Today though, you would think they were busy. This was the result of the first pizza being incorrect. After receiving this, I just gave it away to a homeless person. This location was decent until they started hiring any and everybody. Each pizza, you can tell if the preparer likes their job or not.

Terrible service. Returned Pizza. VERY little meat and simply horrible pizza. Almost $15.00 for bread and cheese.

Nothing like the website.

AVOID GOING HERE. Worst experience. Ordered delivery and the guy passed my place three times (was watching through the app tracker him driving back and forth). I tried to call him and he didn’t answer. He finally calls back but only spoke Spanish. I tried to explain with what little Spanish I know and I text him the address again. Finally shows up. The pizza was so bad I threw it out. Overall waste of time and money.

I would not be writing out a review because I am ok with bare minimum services from “fast food” places. But when you cut my pizza this badly (my side is the veggies, my husband’s is the pepperoni) I have to say something. I want my money back. Or a free, better pizza. Isn’t that y’alls motto? Not to mention the cashier couldn’t even find my pizza. And it was right in front of him. If my pizza was cut right I wouldn’t even be writing this post, just giving out stars.

If I would have known delivery was made thru doordash I would’ve picked it up myself. Or wouldn’t have even ordered. The guy grabbed a piece of my food definitely, doesn’t this come with a corner? From now on only carryout. The tracker said they were still baking it and the doordasber called me for the unit #, I said apartment? He said yeah because apparently he didn’t have it.

Two large pizzas for online carryout order were hot and very good. The staff was friendly and fast. The price was great using an online deal.

Had a horrible delivery experience initially. Looked like my pizza was thrown out a window. Called up the location and spoke with the manager, Billy. He understood the problem and immediately sent out a fresh pizza.
