I cannot stop telling people how amazing the food is here I know texs for a long time all over queens but I keep coming here after class because this is the best Tex’s in all of nyc Queens one doesn’t hit the same as this place the best worker Dulal and the brother with the glasses always make it so amazing fresh fried Halal chicken sandwich’s for only 4$ everytime you eat halal texs you will smile and feel full this place is clean and has amazing choices and customization but i’m telling you the workers make food with love and care which makes it amazing I love you guys

Prices are too high. In there 4 for $5.00 desl , we are being cheated. Instead of getting 4 pieces of chicken for $5.00 , we get 3 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Also , there $ 17.99 chicken special increased to $20.00 . Many times they run out of spicy chicken and we have to wait a longer amount of time .

I placed a mobile order through the Tex’s app and already paid, but when I got to this Kingsbridge Road location, the worker refused to open the door. He said he “can’t let customers in,” even though the store shows as open for pickup. I was just trying to get the food I paid for, but the service was rude and unhelpful. Totally unacceptable and a waste of money. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The Texas He’ll Burger is just hot sauce at this location. They just seem to drop it all over the burger since that’s what my burger tastes like. Didn’t even give any napkins. They gave me fries that seem to have been just sitting there all day and we’re the last of the bunch.
The Pelham Bay Park location is way better with Real Hell Sauce that they make.

This place is ridiculous already ordered like 20 minutes ago, and yet I find my self still waiting even though they state multiple times that my food will be up soon. Truly uncivilized and mind you there wasn’t that many people there at the time! Not too mention that multiple people ordered ahead of me and they got their food in less than 5 minutes, I DIDN’T EVEN ORDER MUCH they need better staff

I don’t remember the first time that they opened this place but I tried the chicken I didn’t have a good experience,but I went in 2/25 and the food was so delicious the biscuits is good and the chicken cooked all the way through,the shrimp basket with fries I really enjoyed,Mac and cheese was good to I will be going back.
