I ordered a 5 topping pizza deal for carry out and they got the sauce wrong. I was supposed to have BBQ sauce and they put buffalo sauce. The pizza was still good, just not what I had ordered. So I called and they said they would remake it for me without a fuss. I really appreciate the staff going the extra mile for me and making the correct pizza. The replacement was delicious and I highly recommend this location. I have never had any issues ordering from here. Really appreciate it. Highly recommend bbq sauce, bbq chicken, bacon, caramelized onions!

Ordered two My Hut Boxes to be delivered through Door Dash, they were not sealed at all & food was awful. I paid extra for pepperoni & they put one on each slice, 4 little pepps really? The wings weren’t coated with honey BBQ sauce. Thoroughly disappointed at our Burnsville location, maybe there’s a Savage or other nearby one to use. Professionalism & quality needs to be addressed promptly. Do better.

We order 2 large pizzas and one cheese bread stick. Inside of our large meat lover order had a few hair strands that were sticking outside the dough. Call the store and they said that “they can’t do partial refunds” and “that we can get 20 dollars in store credit for 30 days”.

Honestly, I really liked this place. The pizza came out hot, full of flavor, and the crust was just right — not too hard and not soggy. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the cheese was nicely melted and well balanced, not overly greasy.
The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Service was pretty quick and everyone had a good attitude. It’s not super fancy, but it’s a great spot to eat comfortably with friends or family.
Overall, good quality for the price. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it if you’re craving some solid pizza without any hassle.

We had a pizza delivered and it was so undercooked that you could have made a ball from its dough still.
We called to let them know and a woman that answered the phone laughed at us and claimed they didn’t make that pizza in the last hour. We gave them our order number and then suddenly she remembered it. She claimed she would refund us, we never got a refund.
We contact the corporate number to explain the biazzare and shitty experience but we still have not received a refund. Won’t give the company a second try.
This was from November 21st and I’m only now sharing because we still have not received a refund. Womp womp $30 lesson I guess.

Listen to the rating. Do not give this place your money. I ordered there for my daughters birthday, and had to put things back in the oven and some things had to be thrown out.
My stuffed crust pizza was under cooked.
BOTH orders of bread sticks were also under cooked and under seasoned.
My pan cheese was burned.
She even gave me under cooked chicken.
The woman that made my order appeared to be working alone 6/20 3:30PM. She should not be working at Pizza hut she cannot cook. My order was carry out not delivery.

Upon entering this location I was greeted which I’m assuming was by the manager, very pleasant and helpful with my order! I waited about 15 minutes for my order and I was out the door! Very good vibe!

The crust was burnt/black and should have been re-made. The pizza had a burnt/bitter smell that affected the whole pizza. Both pizzas that were ordered were not cut all the way through. When going inside to pick up the order, 3 employees were standing in the back but no one acknowledged my presence in the store by looking up/making eye contact or even saying someone would be with me. This location frequently forgets sauces, drinks, etc. but this recent time was the worst overall.
