Food was hot
The gentleman that took my order was friendly and efficient
Restaurant was clean and bathroom was clean
My only complaint was the customer ahead of me had a to go order and it was served on tray they told the woman that it was to go and they were missing pies on there order she grabbed a bag threw at them and told them she did not take their order. I felt that was rather rude . The couple also felt that way .

Extremely clean store from lobby, restrooms, outside and front counter. Staff was above and beyond friendly and courteous! Good came out as ordered fresh and hot.

Pop stop running errands. “Crown? Yes! It’s my 55th birthday and BK was my first fast food experience at Five Points a few blocks from my house in Rockford.” We tried out the Apple Watch remote photo button. Cheesy Tots could have been more cheesy; BK could work with Green County Cheesemakers on that! Shared with a friend, and he thought so too. Next stop, Mrs Claus outfit purchase from our local famous clown.

Second time in a little over a week I’ve been there and they don’t even acknowledge your presence. Stood there waiting to place an order and nothing. They need to replace front of house staff, especially pink haired girl. Doubt I’ll be heading back to that place, other better options available in town.

Duane never bothered to turn around so we stood waiting to order for about 10 minutes, finally just left. They had a few cars in drive thru, nothing too busy, 4 employees + 1 in the office. Pretty unacceptable.

A nice gentleman Robert, had spoken to me at the ordering window. I had a very pleasant experience with him. He was very polite and I received my food very quickly. He also helped me to figure out the app on my phone.
