Today I went through the drive thru to get my order and I’d like to say the new management team was absolutely fantastic they went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. They even took the time to ask for my feedback on my order wow no way they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Plus they were friendly and knowledgeable. I would say give Mason little Caesar’s another chance if u had a bad experience because this new team is trying hard to give back to the community with exceptional customer service.! My order was amazing and fresh!!!

I saw hair on the pizza. Hey owner either keep it clean or closed down. Inspection need to go there at Mason mi where the store located and inspected. People don’t use specially the store in mason. People there are durty.

Dirty, workers were lazy. Yes they were behind, no not 30 minutes for 1 pizza and 1 set of cheese puffs. When I went in it was just sitting in the warmer when they said they would bring it out. This place needs to do a good re-employment of their workers. Slow, incompetent, and very unprofessional.

Staff is horrible. 50/50 chance they get an order correct..ordered online Got there after an email said it was ready. Wasn’t in the pizza portal. Had to wait 10 minutes while seeing my order in the warmer. Was ignored and passed over . When I told the person what I thought of him he came From behind the counter to confront me. Not sure if he wanted to fight but it would be the only reason. Anyways bad workers + bad management. Never will go back.
Update: at least a year later…
Everything.. food staff management…. Have all improved exponentially.. I live close and I waited then went back . I’m sure they are under better management now and they
deserve props for vast improvement. 5 stars

This location has been amazing up until recently (June 2024). We have been there three times in the past two weeks and are no longer going to go there. There is an individual there that is extremely negative, sounds like someone just gave him bad news and always comes up with an excuse not to serve. It’s usually in the afternoon, but we have gotten the following,every time we have been there lately. “We don’t have cheese”, “we are out of bread” and yesterday (June 22, 2024), “I’m the only one working so we are closed”. He obviously just doesn’t want to work and comes up with every excuse possible to stop people from ordering items. He was visibly upset the second time when we didn’t leave with the lack of bread but then just ordered a pizza. The food was good and has been good but I don’t want to deal with this guy again. He has red hair and beard for what it’s worth. Everyone else there has been great.
