Had a chicken cantina bowl. The chicken was good and decent amount. The rest of the bowl was on a diet!!! Noticeably small amount of the rest of the ingredients. What little bit of lettuce there was, was very bitter.

I stopped eating at this Taco Bell on 11/23 because I got 2 #6 value meals with steak in November 2 seperate times they were so salty you couldn’t eat it. On 1/30/24 I decided to give it another go and they barely put any steak on my Steak Chalupa that I payed an upcharge to get the steak. The other Chalupa the steak was dry and the taco was stale on both as well. I will not eat here for the foreseeable future. Added another picture seems like they don’t address the bad reviews had another bad experience for the exact same reason. It’s ridiculous paying full price and only getting 1 sliver of steak on a Steak Chalupa & less then half my Cantina Chicken Crispy taco had Cantina Chicken on it. I will not eat here again and I’m sure I will not be the only person in the area that will stop coming here

Oh the power of advertising… saw an ad for Nacho cheddar fries at my son’s place in Marmet. I go through Smithers on my way home so I made it a point to stop at the Taco Bell in Smithers. They were good but not exactly as I had imagined. They were just regular fries with a special seasoning and you get a small container of nacho cheese to dip in.
I would have given 5 stars but the drive thru could use some TLC. Feels kinda like you’re driving down some back alley.

I love taco bell but we only have one in/near smithers and speed of service is not top priority. Food is good, customer service is needing great attention though. They use the kiosk instead of taking orders and are to busy with drive through to help in store customers.

I have ordered food multiple times from here and every time we do something is always wrong. Then you call and the employees are nasty to you and won’t take accountability for their mistakes. Also, the service is so slow! You need a good manager and employees who want to work and do right or shut the damn place down!!!

Man, it was late. The place feels sketchy. I’m mad my husband had to go in 3 separate times to try and fix food just to get back and it was still wrong. Food we were picking up for my brother-in-law. Makes us look like fools and I don’t like that.
