Stopped for a bite to eat before my appointment. This location was very clean and the staff friendly. The manager was absolutely amazing and so welcoming to everyone that visited. Definitely will be back.

I only came to this location to support a black/woman owned business in my neighborhood.
I credited the long wait due to the transition from breakfast to lunch. I arrived at the drive thru at 10:40a and breakfast ended at 10:30. However, the bad service is on its own.
The lady at the drive thru was very nice with a pleasant greeting, etc.
After waiting in the line a while, a lady brought the order to the car which was great but the order was incomplete. No ice cream cone with the kids meal and no cheese on the grilled chicken sandwich. The lady took the sandwich and said they would remake the grilled chicken sandwich with cheese. When she brought the cone out, she said I didn’t add the cheese to my sandwich so she took the my phone to pay and returned with the sandwich. I mentioned that it was the same cold sandwich and I guy jumps in to respond aggressively, ‘You know why it’s cold?!? Because we told you she didn’t order cheese. You just charged her for the cheese. That’s why the sandwich is cold!!’
So the lady apologizes again and takes the sandwich back. It was returned again…the same cold sandwich but this time with 3 slices of cheese…I’m assuming to compensate for my time or maybe they were upset at me or their coworker. The lady told me, ‘you know what…these grilled chicken sandwiches don’t come really hot’. Not true because other locations give me warm grilled chicken sandwiches and the cheese is melting. Actually this location does too.
Employees need to be trained to give better customer service, the “chic fil a way”
Now I need to go to another location to get a sandwich because I don’t trust this one. No telling how many hands touched this sandwich. Even the package looks worn from being opened so many times.
The was my “another” chance with this location. I may try again just to support the black owner.

That was one of the BEST chick-fil-a experiences I’ve ever had. Who even leaves reviews at chick-fil-as? It was so amazing I had to! I went in and ordered, the boy taking my order was super sweet! They brought me my food promptly and it was delicious (as chick-fil-a is) and when I was done I was taking my tray to clean it and one of the workers insisted on cleaning it for me. So sweet! I felt like a princess

Jeremiah is obviously new so I’ll cut some slack, but I hope the team sees this. He messed up my order three times, and I just feel like he was pushing random buttons, anyways we’ll see how the food comes out. Also the flowers on the tables are heavily wilted, they could use some water.

I came to buy some fries and a shake today and Jarian took my order, he was very polite and made sure my order was correct. My fries also were fresh and hot and my shake was the perfect consistency. Would recommend going to Cfa Redbird.

Great tasty chicken burgers, their waffle fries are so delicious and unique along with their ketchup packets which are a bit difficult to open though so ladies make sure you have scissors ✂️ on hands to avoid breaking those nails . The tasteful burgers and high demand speak ️ for itself, there is always line in their drive through and what can you expect that’s how you know the food tastes great. You step inside and they have plenty of sitting areas for customers to dine in.

This is by far the best chick fil a around and now my go to chick fil a . I had the pleasure of dining in and I have to say the experience was absolutely outstanding thanks to the manager Jakira. From the moment I walked in, she embodied the true Chick fil a values of kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality.
She went above and beyond to make sure my meal was fresh and that I had everything I needed. What really stood out was her warm smile and the way she made me feel welcomed, not just as a customer, but as a valued guest. She even checked in on me during my meal to make sure I was enjoying everything, which added such a personal touch to the experience.

I live just two minutes away from another Chick-fil-A, but I drive about 15 minutes farther just to go to the one on Camp Wisdom and 67 by Red Bird Mall and it’s all because of Ivory! She’s one of the sweetest, most genuine workers there. Her kindness and positive energy always make my day. Whether I’m grabbing breakfast or just stopping by for a bag of ice, this location is always my go-to because of Ivory.
P.S. I love that she’s a Chiefs fan too, that’s just a bonus! ❤️
