Disappointed on this visit. 4:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Not busy. (There may have been one customer in the dining room.) Two employees “working”. It took Employee #1 about 5 minutes to even come to the counter to take our order. Once she started on it she had to go to the restroom to get Employee #2. Food (burgers) was so-so at best. They have definitely done better than this.

Staff was fairly pleasant. We ate in, fries was not hot at all with us sitting there. We didn’t complain because we noticed they had a B score , which says a lot. We certainly won’t be back. That’s a really busy area and there weren’t but 1 or 2 customers , I wonder why ?

Waited about 15 mins for the food and then he only thing hit was the tenders!! The burgers were missing cheese, the drinks had no ice and after waiting they still forgot my milkshake had to remind the employee. Not a fan of this location and will not be going back! Spent $40 just to be disappointed and you would think the food would be fresh being that we arrived 3 mins to lunch time.

I always give restaurants one Star for not having what they advertise; e.g., milkshakes. The claim is always the same: machine is down. Truthfully, it is most likely due to lazy employees who don’t want to use it to avoid cleaning it.

I gave 3 stars because the young man that works there did prove great customer service. The manager didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in or any time I was placing my order and it was only me in the building and they didn’t have any cards in drive thru and they took about 10 min to prepare my food. I don’t even want it. I will not be back.

Just went by & ordered biscuit and gravy combo & side of biscuits and gravy. I asked for hot sauce and was refused bc I didn’t order a burrito. She was so pressed about me not having 1 packet of hot sauce (confirmed w/ her manager) she didn’t even give me the drink in my combo! My drink cost more than a hot sauce packet btw!

Worse attitude ever!!!! The big bone lady with no nails was so rude. Then she messed up my entire order. I called the restaurant 5 times and couldn’t get an answer. This is not how I wanted to start my new year morning. I hope corporate see this message and change their staff at least the one serving customers in the window. Oh and she handled the food and money which is disappointing. The lady handling the customers inside had gloves on but she was touching money and food too with the SAME gloves on smh. I hate I saw this I will no longer return. Oh and they take their time ordering (you would thing the order would be right).
