One Row
Prior to these last two experiences, we’d eaten from here about 5x before in the last few years but the experiences were inconsistent. I’ve had only one good experience in the location overall, but kept chugging it up to excuses for the business. This was my second back to back recent visit recently with a short period in between, hoping that they’ve changed their quality of service and food, yet here we go…. extremely long wait (20 min)only to be told that they don’t have the food that was ordered in store AT the kiosk. One part of my order that was in stock was extremely overcooked, with fried shriveled bits disguised as cauliflower. What is normally a nice delicious dish is now a 1 star ranking. This order was also 3 drummies instead of 4 usual. So disappointing and for a 20-minute wait.
There have been multiple occasions outside of the prior two where food is not in stock, yet they allow you to order it anyway. They never eliminate out of stock items at any order kiosk with food that isn’t available. Multiple clients were “told” that food items ordered and paid for weren’t in stock, but could not understand your employee. An expected standard is to be transparent with customers and to have someone who can communicate, with providing those esl employees accessibility tools to do so. There are people in there now who have been waiting 30 minutes for food. It’s ridiculous. I feel bad for your employee because ultimately, he is the face that your customers see, and you are not supporting him well. We’ve patronized, hoping that it will get better after providing feedback in person, but no more. Do better.

The food was good. I would definitely go back. The fried oyster mushrooms reminded me of childhood eating chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce granted I don’t like to think I’m eating meat. Alone the batter needs a little more flavoring but with the dipping sauce its perfect. I also had the strawberry and the lemon cake, those were good too. The oyster po boy was good, a little spice, but very good. Kale salad is good. Not crazy about cold quinoa (don’t like cold food).

I really wanted to love this restaurant at this location, but it was very disappointing. Upon entering the facility, no welcome. However, about 3 customers after us were welcomed and engaged with.
The food was greasy. The food wasn’t fresh. Barely anyone speaking English. The son of the cook did his best. They said they offered a military discount, but did not. We checked out at the register for the discount, otherwise, we could have used the kiosk.
This was our first and last time to this location.

Recently discovered this little hidden gem. I love some good vegan food so whenever I find a different spot to try I look forward to it. This place has many good options. I’ve been a couple times now and haven’t been disappointed. The place is clean and the staff were friendly. The food is great and seasoned well. They give you good portions too. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the St. Charles area.

Great food! Lots of amazing options. Great service, fast and fresh food with flavors that never end. Traveling from San Diego is always try and find foods that are lacking in my area. Soul food is forsure something San Diego doesn’t have. So very pleased with Dodahs Kitchen. I got the ribs, drum sticks and old bay fries. My partner got the general tso cauliflower, garlic kale and green bean. We also got a few more sides of the kale, green beans and sweet potatoes. Wanted to try and sample all that as good.

I visited for the first time and ordered the vegan cheesesteak. It was good but it was a bit sloppy and the sandwich fixings were cold but the meat was hot. I would order it again without the tomato and lettuce. I like the fact that they have variety. They even have vegan desserts. The place was clean and had some seating. Atmosphere was nice and quiet.

Ok so finally I tried it! Let me just say I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience. The food was hot and fresh as well as unbelievably delicious. Seriously, I thought my hubby picked up the wrong thing because my fried fish was incredibly real. I am still pondering how realistic it was to a real fish filet. The sweet kale was wonderful nice change and the vegan Mac n cheese was pauable But yes everything here is truly vegan and this far it is really good. Often times these places pop up and your like great another pho food spot for vegans. But I think you will pleased with this one. I will be coming back it’s a win for me.

The sides are very good, the dummies and ribs were pretty good. I will go back to try other items on their menu. The staff was ok with me switching out a side when I chose the wrong option on their tablet when I ordered.

Cute location and food tastes delicious but it wasn’t hot. We arrived right at opening time so we expected the food to be hot but that’s an easy fix. They also provide samples so you can try things. Everything is reasonably priced.
I’d recommend that you place labels for all the menu items. Also identify which items may have nuts in them. My friend asked if anything had nuts and the response we received was that it’s vegan food ♀️.
There’s so many things I still want to try so I’ll definitely be back!
