Great trip pit stop. Food was fresh, tasty and quick. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, and even greeted my dog in the car. Indoor area was very clean. If I’m ever back in this area, I’ll try to stop at this Dunkin’ location.

Not recommend. They cheat without shame.
I want to buy 1 Qt. PP (pre-packaged) ice-cream. The price in refrigerator is $5.99 for 1 Qt. or $9.99 for 2 Qt. (Picture 1).
I took 4 Qt., the cashier said me: $33.88 for 4 Qt. (It’s mean $33.88 : 4 Qt = $8.47 for 1 Qt.) (Picture 2) I said: Sorry, but the price is $5.99 in your refrigerator.
Went the owner. I asked – how much for 1 Qt. He said $8.47. I showed the price. He: “O, ok, I may give you this price”.
I asked: “How many for 4 Qt.”
The owner scanned in the cash register the 1 Qt., and the price for 4 Qt. show in cash register $16.49. But he said: “o, I can’t give you this price”. I asked: “Why? Your cash register are showing this price”. His answer: “I’m owner, and I give the price”.
The owner in front of me cheating me.
The same time the cleaner washed the floor, it’s wet. No any sign. (Pictures 3,4). My child felled up. I said about it to owner, and he said: “Do you see, that the floor was wash”. No any sorry – nothing. Very very rude service.
I made these pictures, and the owner said: “You can’t do a pictures here”.

I love Dunkin, but they aren’t consistent. If they would make my coffee the same 2 times in a row, I’d be shocked.

Not welcoming at all.. seems like they don’t like customers like us!! since August this is not new dunkin were i stop to buy coffee before going to work!! I’ve been oupdrinking same coffee over 17 years!! And this what they made for me large with 2 cream and 2 suger nasty!! Worst experience ever!!

One, whoever made my latte did fantastic.. I like bitter but sweet which doesn’t really make sense so not many people can understand the flavor I’m looking for .. but this Dunkin definitely did. And the napkin with the note made my day because I definitely am having a rough one. I drive but I got it doordashed because I couldn’t get out of my funk and this helped me

My order is messed up 99.99% of the time. Either overly sweet or not enough sugar. It’s never consistent. I think employees should take care in measuring and not guessing for the ingredients.

I don’t know how they are in business at this location. I’m not even joking when I tell you they mess up EVERY SINGLE ORDER no matter how simple.
I got the pumpkin iced signature latte here’s how it came – watered down.. HALF EMPTY before I even drank it… and I got pumpkin spice munchkins and they gave me chocolate. Didn’t even tell me if it was because they were out or not. Super annoying. A few days ago I ordered a donut and literally no donut was in the bag. How do you mess up so badly on a consistent basis?

I went to this dunkin because its one of the closest to me and has a drive thru. The employees are nice, especially the lady working the drive thru in the mornings (I think her name started with an S, didn’t get a good look at her name tag). Anyways, that wasn’t my issue. I ordered a sparked energy, peach sunshine and for some reason. I see odd particles floating around my drink. I usually order a sparked energy with the same flavor and I’ve never had this happen to me from other places. I don’t know if its the sparkling water or the actual peach syrup, something is wrong and needs attention.
