Pizza was ice cold when i received it. Then had the nerve to forget my sauces and only offer store credit to compensate for the issue. The pizza didnt even have any sauce on it. Just bread and cheese. Terrible. Sitting here eating dry pizza and wings.

Pizza Hut has won me back! The pizza is consistently amazing, and the crust is always perfect. It’s clear they’re paying attention to detail, and it shows in every bite. The new management (Nick?) and their pizza maker (Landon? Lance – yt guy making the pizza at night) are bringing this place back to where it needs to be. I’ve had nothing but good experiences over the past few months.

I was really excited to try the new style of pizza bc it’s the kind we eat where I’m from in Chicago and the first pizza came with literally no sauce and then they remade it and I was so excited like nbd accidents happen. The guy told my husband he made it himself and it definitely had sauce when my husband went out again to pick it up. It literally had sauce around the outer inch of pizza and no where else so 90% of the pizza is sauce less. Idk why you’d do that like if anything maybe preparing it with extra sauce would’ve been better guys or maybe just get sauce scoops that hold enough sauce for a large pizza

The food is alright, but the customer service is terrible. No communication from the staff. I always have a 20+minute wait after my order was supposed to be finished. Especially for these prices, you’re better off spending your money elsewhere.
