Dawn is amazing. I will always come back to this location because she made my day when I tell you she went above and beyond for me my name is Dan I came at 10:50pm on 1-20-26 and I was having a terrible day and dawn made me feel upbeat she has a amazing attitude and you guys really need to know that she is a awesome Person to have on your squad I don’t know if she is a manager or not but if she is not, she needs to be moved up to management immediately that is my opinion. Food very poor and not fit for human consumption. Tried resolving the issue through the app but said it was a franchise store so have to contact them. I contacted the store direct, the member of staff I spoke with didn’t want to know and put the phone down on me. This was a big fish burger, it was so burnt. Do not waste your time or money going here. It’s disgusting!

This place is nostalgic to me as ive been going here every now and then since i was a kid with my father, but its sad to say that this place is just a complete disaster now. They’re desperately understaffed, and the quality of everything is terrible. Today was the last time ill ever be going to a Burger King as the past three times they completely missed the mark. My soft drink came with no ice and the cup was only 3/4 full. Asked for no onions on the whopper, and it of course came with the onions and there was also a nauseating amount of mayo. I would always ask for zesty sauce as well and surprise surprise, didn’t even get a packet of ketchup in the bag. There is just no pride or self respect in the quality or service at Burger King.

This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had — and the first time I’ve dealt with something like this in any restaurant in my life.
The staff here, especially one older lady, treated me with complete disrespect. She assumed that because I’m not white, I must be a DoorDash or Uber Eats delivery driver. On top of that, she clearly had no idea how the Burger King app even works. I placed my order through the app (since the dining room was closed and that’s the only way to order aside from the drive-thru), and instead of simply preparing my food, she acted like I should “magically know” when it’s ready and get it myself.
When I pulled up, she told me to stay at the drive-thru speaker so she wouldn’t “get in trouble” for being slow with my order — even though there was no one behind me. Rather than making my food right away, she wasted time explaining things that had nothing to do with me. Eventually, after I was told to circle back to the speaker again, she finally gave me my order and smiled like she had done something difficult.
This kind of unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. It’s not about being “in the mood to work” — it’s literally your job to take care of customers. This location doesn’t deserve more than 1 star because of staff like that.

Every time I come in here it is the worst part of my day. It should be really simple to get overpriced fast food. But I it doesn’t matter how busy it is, I always have to wait 15 minutes to get my food even when I order ahead through the app. This place is a joke and how they keep the lights is honestly ASTONISHING. If they knocked this place down and blocked it off forever it would be an improvement to what is here now.

When I ordered, it was shocking to hear they did not have fries or milkshakes available. Too bad when you search in Google Maps for a Burger King near you and you make a selection, a pop up doesn’t appear to say this establishment ran out of fries and milkshakes so one does not waste a trip.

whoever is working the drive thru at night is so nasty! can’t even say hello back and when my friend and i told him to have a good night he just went “mmhm” and muttered something else as we drove away. i really do understand if he hates his job but that’s not an excuse to be rude to customers who are trying to be respectful and polite to you.

Front staff were not wearing gloves while filling up fries. I have video if BK needs proof. Run down burger king inside and outside. They were out of most of the items. Burgers were not cooked properly. Inside paint and furniture outdated. Very depressing. After this no more burger king ever..
