Went in at 11:35pm. This is 25 minutes before the posted closing time for this location. Tell me why I drove all the way over here for me to walk in and get looked at like I am robbing the place and get told, “Um we’re closed, and we’re out of bread.” Huh? Like hello? Anyways I’m mainly just upset about the looking at me like I’m stupid part so yeah, this sucked. Will not be back. This was already a second chance after they royally messed up last time I came here so yeah yikes.

Ordered a 30$ sandwich, they didn’t put the chicken on it, delivers chicken to my workplace, then I put the chicken on the sandwich and eat while I enjoy my lunch break— and then when I look at my last bite there’s small black hairs in it. DISGUSTING. Never eating there again.

Definitely not “freaky fast”. Very slow and disorganized. Only one person making sandwiches, they others just standing around. Ordered 2 toasted sandwiches, both were burned and hard. Very little meat on either sandwich. The bill was $31 not worth it.

Underwhelming– you are better off somewhere else! My wife and I visited this Jimmy John’s on Saturday the 17th around noon. Pro– my wife and I bought a Club Lulu and it did taste good. Now all the Cons– 1) the price! yikes we paid $15+ just for our Club Lulu sandwich alone. That seems a bit rough! 2) The fountain soda was more carbonated water than anything else 3) where were the napkins? 4) The bathroom was quite dirty with the remains of the toilet paper rolls on the floor and 5) the sandwich makers’ attitude seemed more suited for a prison mess hall than a restaurant!
Needless to say, we won’t going there anymore. We don’t have that much money to waste!

Service absolutely sucks here. There is nothing freaky fast about this location. I’ve traveled all over the United States. And I honestly have to say that this one is the worst. Unfortunately it would be my local location that’s the worst. Between being on hold for over 15 min while trying to place an order, or waiting anywhere from an hour to one and a half hours for delivery is horrible. Either get your stuff together or just shut down and save us the headache

Cashier was very polite however, when we received our wraps, my wrap was not cut went up to the counter and ask if they could cut my wrap. They said no it was a health hazard. They did not have any solution to the problem. I was unable to eat my wrap because I did not have accessibility to a knife to cut it very dissatisfied with this employee at the Carbondale location so whoever is running the Carbondale Jimmy John’s needs to teach their employees how to be polite to customers and how to handle situations
