Lovely Day
I want to thank Jersey Mike for fixing the most amazing sub today. I am always impressed by the quality of ingredients and freshness. I hope that they continue to please the people with their prompt yet kind service. I had the chance to enjoy the club supreme with roast beef, turkey, swiss, applewood smoked bacon, pepperoni, banana peppers, hot chopped pepper relish, extra lettuce, tomatoes. oregano, and onions. With olive oil and red wine vinegar, and with dill pickles on the side. This is only one of my favorites and I hope it will become someone else. Continue to keep up the amazing work. And, everyone please try one of these colossal subs. truly they are a cut above the rest.

I just want you to know that you are a gem for that franchise. And, your company should promote you for always going above and beyond for their customers. I just hope that you are always there when I order because you never make any mistakes, and you are always kind and courteous. I hope you and the employees at Jersey Mikes have a wonderful and productive day. Oh, the sub tasted amazing. Next time I will post pictures of the incredible creations that you guys make. I’ve been eating here for over 25 years. Used to consider it a treat! This one has really gone to hell. I guess I’d say just don’t order online…I got this Philly home and it looks like they used “drag meat” as my dad would say.(just drug a little meat over the bread to give it some meat flavor) I’ve always been happy to pay double Subway prices here because the sandwich is twice as good…not anymore. Subway would make a better sub. Also last time I ordered delivery from here I ordered a club (mayo, bacon, turkey, ham, onions) without lettuce or tomato..,what did I get? A bread, turkey and tomato sandwich! Not even a slather of mayo to lube it up! Couldn’t even choke it down! Pathetic!

I highly recommend going to a different location. They always seem to mess up our orders. Such a shame. Thought we give them another chance spend 17.75 on this sub. Order made completely wrong No extra bacon that was (2.50) and covered mustard. They also had Mayo on it, which isn’t even on the sandwich we ordered. When I called management they didn’t seem to care. Try another sub place if you don’t want to waste your money.

I ordered a giant tuna. It was soggy, overdressed, messy, could not pickup the sandwich at all. Everything fell off including the bread. It was a nasty sloppy mess.Awful experience with a basic sandwich. A waste of money.

This is the saddest looking “Italian sub” I’ve ever seen for $11. If this is “a sub above” I’m really sad for humanity.
The bread is nasty, the girl, slicing the meat was even more unappealing and uninterested in any form of customer service.
I asked for a particular piece of bread laying in front of the slicer, she actually had the audacity to slice an inch off of it to make it “the correct size”. Really? Really.
This is a one & done stop for me.

I don’t know what’s going on with the portions but my entire sub was just bread, barely any meat or veggies, I ordered the buffalo cheese steak, no buffalo or blue cheese. It was just a cheese steak with lettuce and tomato. Pretty disappointed, gone here twice and I won’t be returning because it seems to be the same.
