We had the best time for a Wednesday afternoon! It was the bartenders first day and she was so incredibly sweet!! Cool place to chill, have a cold beer, pet a cat and meet friendly people. We will be back!

It is a really rustic cool bar with real people who make you feel so welcome. They have huge burger that are delicious and the atmosphere is just great. A burger and a beer is $13 at most.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the
Home Bar. We really loved the decor, and the old time feel of this place. We sat outside and watched my grandson play on an old fashioned tree swing and played the horseshoes, as we relaxed in the shade under a walnut tree! The service was good the servers were very friendly and quick. Although they could use a lesson or 2 on making mimosas, we enjoyed our short stay. I would recommend dropping by if you are ever near downtown Troy.

My first visit to the Home Bar was about 6 years ago. I happened by there on the way back from Sturgis on my Harley pulling a trailer and my beautiful dog Bella. We pulled in there and fell in love with Bruce & Sue’s place instantly! Bellied up to both the inside and outside bars and completely felt “at home”! The drink’s,food ,slot machines,Harley stuff, bartenders were all 5 star. Bruce even invited me to camp with my rig in his beautifully enclosed backyard. I’d been on the road more than a month and this was the best place that Bella & me had camped in along time. Fast forward toJust after Sturgis 2022. Again on the return from Sturgis. This time in my big MH. With 2 Harleys and a Chevy TB in tow! One guy started calling me Choo Choo,70 feet of craziness traveling down the road! This time , my wife Annie, Bella #2 (mini German pincher) arrived and it was the EXACT same hospitality. Thank you once again Homebar. Your are numero uno!
