Mulligan’s is a hidden gem and one of ky favorite restaurants in Santa Barbara. It is nestled inside the municipal gold course and offers attractive patio seating with sweeping views of the green and the skyline, as well as indoor and bar seating. The menu is surprisingly broad, and they serve breakfast all day (ask for the breakfast menu). They have weekly specials, including my favorite dinner for two: main course, side, salad, and pie for 2 for $45. There’s a nice drink menu as well. The servers are warm and thoughtful, and take good care of you. Highly recommended.

When we walked in, it was small and looked like a sand which place. Don’t be fooled!! Look at the menu!! The food was outstanding. I had fish tacos with mango chutney my husband had a burger that he said was fabulous. We sat outside and had a great view of the golf course.

Portions are great! Atmosphere is interesting, has an old school style feel but on the outside extremely beautiful and elegant. This is the perfect place for a quick family dinner with nonchalant vibes. Well worth price in terms of quantity of food. Had an amazing Father’s Day here. Can’t complain! Drinks are also very good! Well worth the time if you are looking for a good bite with a nice vibe!

My son attended Russ Morrison junior golf camp all summer. I wasn’t always available to pick him up immediately at noon sharp so he’s putt on the green there by Mulligans Cafe. My son received tremendous love and care from the waitresses who work the lunch shifts. They began to recognize my son and would offer him cold water and were extremely hospitable and caring. This kind of old-school affection has seemingly best lost in today’s hustle and bustle world…but not at Mulligans. A+ to the family-style staff. Thank you. Oh and I LOVE taco night Mondays!!
