Hello,
I am writing to make a complaint about the food I received from your State St. store in Saginaw, MI. I order the same item every time — the three-cheese nachos with chicken and steak — and this time most, if not all, of my chicken and steak was burnt.
This has been the worst experience I’ve had so far, and unfortunately it’s not the first time I’ve received poor-quality food from this location. This used to be one of my favorite meals to order, but each time I visit the State St. store, the food quality seems to get worse.
I’m very disappointed and hope this issue can be addressed so customers can depend on receiving properly prepared food.

I typically have a great experience at Qdoba. Today, however, not so much….I chose this location today for convenience thinking I’d have a decent experience, welp I thought wrong. Never have I ever had to pay for extra queso at any location, and when I inquired about the extra charge and also pointed out the signage that states “free queso and guac” the woman whom appeared to be the manager loudly and rudely stated yes but that is only within reason. Pardon me! Please define within reason. I didnt specify how much more, I simply stated extra queso please. Nevertheless, I thought to myself it’s not worth a fight, carry on, but it is principle. She proceed to tell the next employee, she has extra queso and she has to be charged for that…hmmm if it’s standard they shouldn’t have to continuously be told to charge me. I get to the end of the line to pay for my food and I had to clarify several times with the young man what my order was and that I also had a kid’s MEAL! He asked what type of drink would I like for the meal and I stated a fountain drink, he proceeds to give me a clear water cup that you CLEARLY can’t put a lid on. I asked what was up with the cup and why I wasnt being provided with the standard regular sized cups, he didnt answer my question yet stated he would provide me with a drink carrier for the lidless water cup, SIR! Neverthless I said forget it I’ll settle for the juice box so that I would at least still have a beverage when I arrived home. I’ll never return to this location. The Bay Rd location and every other location I’ve visited runs circles around this place. Patronize at your own discretion. 0 stars!

We had ordered food online and the driver gave us the wrong food. I drive up there and they remade the food for us. And also told me they would take our names down for free entrees next time. That was nice of them. Everyone was very polite the whole time as well.

I love Qdoba. Much better prices and options than Chipotle. I love that they opened a location by my house. The service is always great here, and the food is always warm, the order is correct, and I get everything that I have paid for each and every time.

1 chicken bowl, 2 brisket bowls, one chicken quesadilla. And nachos. $55. Got home after a long day. Hair. Yes found hair. They didn’t have hair nets. Long black hair no and no food safety. I didn’t realize this until I got home. Wow. What a waste of money. My whole family was very disappointed when we started finding the hair in our food

Always a good place to go when you are trying to have a date night. They are usually pretty quick and the choice of meat and toppings is a nice thing. Me myself love to have extra toppings on my bowl and they don’t charge for that. Also the staff are usually pretty quick and polite.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The woman I assume is the manager is by far the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. Her lack of basic people skills is shocking — how she got this role is truly beyond me.
This QDOBA location seems to go out of its way to nickel and dime customers, unlike any other QDOBA I’ve been to. I’ve always ordered extra queso and never once been charged — until tonight. Not only did she charge me after adding it, but made a point to rudely announce it, as if I was trying to get away with something. It was unnecessarily confrontational and incredibly unprofessional.
To make matters worse, she told my 5-year-old that there’s now a 3-item limit on kids’ nachos — and did so in an unkind, abrupt way. My kids have been ordering the same thing for years without issue. If this is a new policy, it certainly isn’t posted anywhere. And even if it were, there’s a way to explain things to a child without being so harsh.
I’m beyond frustrated. Between the poor attitude, inconsistent policies, and complete lack of customer service, this location has lost my business.
