Twin Lions is a wonderful place to enjoy a glass or two of wine in an eclectic, relaxed atmosphere. The wine list is extensive, so don’t be afraid to ask for suggestions, or try the sample flights of six different wines you pick from the menu. The house Shiraz is very good, as is the Happy Camper Cabernet. New Castle is lucky to have this break from the ordinary bar options.

In a town with very little craft beer, it’s an oasis for a craft beer nut. Also offers some local Boar’s Head items to snack on. I try to make it up to the bar at least once a week and I would highly recommend you give it a try. I recommend anything from Rochester Mills, but I haven’t had a beer I don’t like yet (plus they have a killer wine selection and a few ciders)!

This might be the nastiest bar I have ever been in including college bars. Gnats everywhere, bartender was drunk, and there was trash everywhere behind the bar. A a former bar manager I know if behind the bar is dirty everywhere else is dirty also.
