I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Little Caesar’s location in Southaven, Mississippi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I stopped by to pick up two pizzas, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The pizzas were delicious, hot, and fresh out of the oven. The staff, particularly the lovely ladies on the floor, were extremely friendly and courteous. They treated me with exceptional service, making sure my order was accurate and ready on time. The management seemed to be doing a great job, as the store was clean and tidy, and everything ran smoothly. What really stood out to me, though, were the great prices. The value for the quality and quantity of food I received was fantastic. I’d like to extend a special thank you to the nice lady who served me; she was absolutely wonderful and made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this Little Caesar’s location to anyone looking for a great pizza experience. The combination of good food, excellent service, and great prices makes it a standout. I’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t been to Little Caesars in about a year because every time I went the customer service was awful, and the hot and ready pizza was never a hot nor ready. BUT I tried the Little Caesars app today. I ordered from the app and paid. It said it would be ready in 20mins. I went there expecting to have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes like in the past, BUT I walked in, put my number (code) in the heated machine, and got my food. While I was putting my number in the cashier got and placed my sauces on the counter for me. The food WAS hot and ready.
I would definitely recommend giving Little Caesars (app ordering) a chance. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my order and service today.

This is like the 3rd or 4th time getting a burnt pizza from this store. I understand they are cooking it fast but the sauce gets dried out and the cheese is hard and burnt rather than soft and stringy. They got the pizza puffs right but not the pizza. It ruins the flavor completely. Why do they keep burning their pizzas?

I hate giving negative reviews, but this was a terrible experience. Three people waiting ahead of me, no problem. Ordered the deep dish ultimate supreme, was told 10 minutes. 25 minutes in, and 5 “order ready” later, I was told there were no mushrooms and if I still wanted the supreme; yes, just make it already. After 4 more orders were ready, ours was finally done. 35 minutes we’d been waiting, on fine. But then the cashier picks up my box, and then proceeds to have a 3 minute conversation with the “manager” about who cares what.
This, plus having to listen to the manager berate one of his employees in front of everyone was enough that I’ll never go back here. It’s been 20 years since ive had a Little Ceasars pizza, and it’ll probably be another 20 if I ever go back again.

My husband and I ordered a pizza from this location yesterday.. paid 10.50 for it and when we got home opened the box the pizza looked horrible. Ten pepperonis and 8 mushrooms on thin crust! I kindergarteners pizza. Walmart pizzas are way better than this!! Tried to call several times to speak with a manager our calls got forwarded. I know for sure if Corporate was standing over whomever made our pizza, it would not have looked the way it did. This is not the first time we had an order like this! We rate it a 0!!

The crazy puffs were very small and dry, like they had been sitting for hours. I forced myself to eat 2 because I hate to waste money. The pepperoni pizza was not very good either. My 7 year old didn’t even like the taste.

Really great staff, they accidentally gave me two cheese instead of one cheese and one pepperoni, were extremely helpful and ready to make it right! Very polite and quick to fix their mistakes. This location is the only one we use due to their ability to provide fast and kind service while maintaining quality of their food.
