Visited on 2/19/26. I love Chick Fil A and I really do give it 5 stars overall but only 4 stars for this location especially for not giving me all of my money’s worth. 54$ order and got home and noticed my order was short handed. Staff is very friendly and the interior and exterior is pretty nice and clean. Food is usually pretty good just like every other one in town in the area. I had a really large order because I was ordering for my family. So anyways instead of going inside I ordered my food through the Chick Fil A app and decided to pick it up through the mobile thru. I ordered 2 chicken sandwhiches and 3 chicken sandwhich meals. They forget 2 of the 5 chicken sandwiches (both from the 2 of 3 chicken sandwhich meals I ordered) and the medium waffle frys for 1 of the meals. Disappointing after spending 54$ on food and not getting everything I ordered. Honestly it’s still a good place to eat though. I’d honestly come back and try it again

Amy and Jr delivered breakfast for an early morning meeting and it couldn’t have been better! Delivered on time, delicious food (chicken biscuits nice and hot) and fruit that was fresh and sweet; coffee and yogurt parfaits. Everyone loved it and commented on how good the food was. Thank you again !

I came to this Chick-Fil-A yesterday and watched several staff go outside to help push a car that had gotten stuck in the snow in the parking lot. They did it without being asked and were so kind as well, clearly staff goes above and beyond for their customers! In addition, the restaurant was updated, clean and food was excellent. Staff was also very accommodating to our children, which we really appreciated! Will definitely come back to this location!

my only complaint is that it’s expensive wow.. 8 nuggets $10 my god.. but the food is out of this world. i don’t get to visit often when i can, i stop for some good chicken … hard to beat. this location is maybe comstock park .. it is on Alpine Road with a plethora of food and stores but they always are busy .. this location sits up on a hill and it’s hard to not notice. make sure try them out!

Pretty good experience dinning in. I was there with my youngest. Despite it was close to “close time” the service was fast and friendly. The place is clean and has easy access to parking lot.

Downside? It’s on Alpine, super busy and sometimes shady area in Grand Rapids.

Went through the drive-through with some of my girlfriends I was told that I can check in on the drive-through side for my mobile order seeing is how I could not get out of the car and scan the QR code In the opposite lane. The woman told me she checked me in however she did not. She put the other people’s order in the vehicle under my name we get up to the window. The staff was very unhelpful. They were upset that I had not checked in and I am confused as how I would’ve been able to seeing as how there’s no QR Code in the regular drive-through side. I then went in because not only was the staff rude where the construction crew put the yellow arrow, which is where the drive-through worker told us to wait for my order was blocking all of the traffic it then caused a gentleman to get very angry with us. I go in the woman at the register would not listen to me of course my friend called me and said hey they brought your food out here now the woman at the registry got very upset and started raising her voice at me and I told her it wasn’t worth it for the Chick-fil-A sandwich lol at the end of the day this Location has always had horrible service and very confused workers. All other locations have never been as problematic as the Alpine Avenue location. I hope that they can get their shit together my pleasure!

I always love chick-fil-a however, I am so disappointed how this location treated their employee! It is a windchill of -15 degrees with an extreme cold warning, and this kid had no hat or gloves and SENT HIM INTO THE FREEZING WEATHER! Shame on you guys, this could definitely be a OSHA violation.

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A location multiple times, and I’m honestly really disappointed. They’ve given me the wrong size drink two visits in a row, and every single time I ask for Honey Roasted BBQ sauce, I somehow end up getting regular Barbecue instead. I make sure to say it clearly and slowly, but it still gets messed up. Chick-fil-A is known for its attention to detail and great service, but this location seriously needs to tighten things up. I shouldn’t have to double-check my order every single time just to get what I actually asked for.

Just going to add to this review and say DO NOTTTT go to this chick fil a if you want your order correct at all. I just opened my sandwich AND THEY GAVE ME 2 BOTTOMS!!!

Food is consistent and service is always great. Just stay away from Mobile ordering because I have yet to find any location that takes picking up in lobby or through the drive thru as a priority. If I pick up through the drive thru they always have you pull up and they will literally clear the drive through line of anywhere between 5 to 10 cars before serving you your online pre-ordered order.
