Sophisticated hangout dispensing boozy drinks & Italian plates, including Chicago-inspired pizzas.

Amazing vibes and a total sleeper hit of a burger! I know, I know—it’s a pizza restaurant—but the burger here is absolutely incredible. We did a walk-in and were lucky enough to snag two seats at the bar. The bartender was super helpful and steered us toward the Dry-Aged Cheeseburger, which turned out to be a fantastic call.
The flavor was deep and rich, and ordering it medium-rare is definitely the move for the perfect temperature. Even the fries were a standout—perfectly crispy and salted. Overall, this is such a great spot with an infectious energy. I highly recommend stopping by, even if you aren’t in the mood for a slice!

As a pizza snob this place is definitely in my top 3. The thin crust is extremely unique with a crack like crust lightly sprinkled with sesame seeds. The hot honey girl (don’t quote me) is my favorite. The deep fried olives and homemade potato are delicious. The rustic vibe compliments the food for a good chill spot. Highly recommend. (Make a reservation).

Couldn’t get a reservation, but walked in at 5:15pm straight to a table of 2. Restaurant quickly filled up in the next half hour, very popular spot.
They have happy hour at the bar for $9 martinis and the bar was full 15 minutes after they opened.
Truly lovely ambiance, perfectly dimmed lights. Pizzas massive and flavourful, wished we’d got the Caesar salad as that looked delightful too.
Great place for cosy date night but also were a few big groups in for birthday celebrations. Lots going on, vibey place!

This is a popular hangout neighborhood place with a warm and cozy vibe. Their chicago style thin crust jalapeño pepperoni pizza was crispy, soft and uniquely delicious. I also love their savory chicken parm sliders with gooey melted cheese. A great selection of yummy cocktails and desserts led to a great ending of a fantastic meal

This was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in New York! We ordered two appetizers and one pizza for two people, and it was more than enough food. We got the Hot Papi pizza — and if you like spicy, you’re in for a real treat. The flavors were bold, the crust was perfect, and the heat was just right. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu

Emmett’s on Grove is always a good idea when I’m in the city—truly a local gem. From the moment you walk in, the hostess team—Karis, especially—sets the tone: welcoming, attentive, and effortless.
I’ve had Mallory as a server, she’s warm, on point, and makes every visit feel easy. Austin clearly runs a tight ship, and as an observer, it shows in how seamless everything feels. Emmett’s vibe is consistently friendly, drama-free, and fun.
Behind the bar, Gabe is quietly thoughtful—low-key, observant, and always on top of his game—while Jason’s energy brings just the right spark. Between Gabe’s calm precision and Jason’s upbeat vibe, the bar program is dialed in, and the martinis—dirty or espresso—never miss.
Add the Hot Girl Pizza (thin crust, square-cut—portion control illusion ) and the crispy olives (a staple I’ve never had anywhere else), and it all just works. An easy favorite, every time.

Emmett’s on Grove Street is a Soho gem! The service is excellent, friendly, fast, and welcoming. The food is solid: the Papi Pizza is incredibly tasty, and the Char Cheddar Burger is a knockout with its sharp cheddar spread, and mix of caramelized onions, peppers, relish, tomato, working perfectly together. Such a fun experience, highly recommended!

Glad to have finally made it here. Pizza, martinis and apps were great. Staff is fast and efficient but also kind! There’s no lingering at the table though- our server found us two seats at the bar which was really amazing but that also meant we had to finish our last round of drinks at the bar vs the table which I wasn’t the biggest fan of

The food was amazing. I had lunch there, but the burger was great. Their pizzas are also great, but they’re too heavy.

Emmett’s on Grove is amazing! The pizza was unreal, we did half Hot Girl, half Mona Lisa and I’m still thinking about it. Cocktails were delicious, the vibe was amazing, and the whole place just has such good energy.
Stella (the sommelier) was the absolute best-so friendly and made the night even better. Easily the best service we’ve had in New York. Can’t wait to go back!
