02/26 Got house fried rice. OMG this was so delious. Hot right out the wok. It had plenty of meat, rice read fresh, n spicy like I asked for. REPEAT PERFORMANCE FA SHO’. Really enjoyed my food.
10/16/2025 First visit. Got 4 piece chicken wings. Wings are a good size but these no flavor at all just bland. I’ll go back to try other things but not the bland chicken.

This place was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fast, fresh, hot, and flavorful. Portion sizes are generous and prices are more than fair (especially in this market). We got full, with leftovers that will feed us again for just over $20. The restaurant is clean. There are only 2 dining tables and the space is very small so could make dining in hard.

Decided to try New China as we have not found food Chinese here in Davenport/Bettendorf after 2 years living here.
Edit: New China is the best we have found in the area so far. We’ve had some items that were too salty, like the lo mein. But the fried rice and veggies are really good.

We have been loyal to New China since we moved to Davenport 6 years ago. The food is always consistent and delicious. The portions are generous and for two of us we always have leftovers for the next day. 5 stars.

I ordered a C1 chicken amd vegetables which comes with Fried rice and a egg Roll. I received chicken and vegetables with white rice and no egg roll. Whe. Asking server about the order she insisted I ordered what she served. Intored to explain and she started arguing with me about I ordered the wrong thing. I don’t need to ever go back to this place, too many other options.

Came here two days in a row for dinner for the family! I’ve lived in the area for a few years now and have tried several of the Chinese restaurants and this one is definitely my new go to. Their egg rolls are actual egg rolls, most Ive received from other restaurants are more like tiny fried spring rolls. We got the dinner for 4 both times and everything has been delicious! I will say the fried rice wasn’t the best I’ve had but not bad. Food is always waiting on me even though I’m there early, staff is always kind and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Ordered chicken fried rice, dumplings, and egg rolls. The rice was so bland it had no flavor whatsoever I had to take it home and fix it up just to eat it. I was very disappointed my 7year old said ewww after tasting the rice lbs! The rice was lacking soy sauce and it was still a little hard. On the upside the egg rolls and dumplings were good. That was my 1st time and 1st impressions last I probably won’t return.

My mom and I used to go to this restaurant years ago. It’s been through numerous different owners. I went for lunch today, hoping to eat there but dine in was not available. Other than that, service was fast, fresh, good amount of food for the price.
