Ordered: 3 street tacos with cilantro and cheese (chicken, al pastor, asada); panbazo
The pickled jalapeño that came with the panbazo was fantastic. The salsa had a kick but really good flavor. The food was hot, fresh, and also messy.

Amazing food always. Their salsas are fresh and flavorful, I’ve eaten here for years and I just love this place!
I do wish they would bring back the eco-friendly paper to-go boxes though. The paper boxes always stood out to me, and made me feel like the owners cared enough about not only food quality, but also the negative affects of Styrofoam/plastic use in the take-out industry-on our bodies and our planet.
I hope the owners will reconsider their decision to use Styrofoam, as my family and I choose this place for lunch frequently.

What an absolute gem of a taco stand. I actually ended up eating lunch there two days in a row. I tried the quesadilla and all four varieties of tacos, and every bite was fantastic. Special shout-out to the sauces — wow!

This is the closest Taco Truck in my life. I’m already biased and my advice doesn’t count, however in fairness this is pretty much the only one in Eureka Springs attacking the Taco genre. Have yourself a taco before it’s too late!!!! We had enchiladas and quesadillas last go they were great and the smells in the morning drew us from our house!

These were HANDS DOWN the best street tacos I’ve ever had! The meat was perfectly moist and tender and the tortillas were very delicious. I may live 2½ hours away but I xant wait to come back!

My enchilada was so beautiful! Big pieces of chicken, some cooked carrots and potatoes and there’s wonderful little pickled jalapeños, so much cheese and sour cream. I am glad that I made a sudden stop in this place.
I was surprised to see carrots and potatoes on this dish, but it worked out really well and they were perfectly cooked. Everything was fresh and delicious and the red sauce was really hot. Well, hot to me!
Service was quick, I was given a little buzzer thingy so I could go wait in my car, and the worker was wearing a mask, which I appreciated.
I was so excited to see this food truck, actually, that in the parking lot I ran over one of those parking space divider thingies, ha ha. On the day I was there, it was across the street from the best western. Not sure if that’s it to usual spot since I am not from the area. Check it out!
