During our stay at the hotel, we had breakfast at Dunkin’ Donuts both days and everything was excellent. The service was fast, the staff was very friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely a great option to start the day. Highly recommended

This was my first visit to Great Wolf Lodge, and after a long day at the water park with my two little ones, I was really looking forward to an afternoon coffee on 9/29. The app stated the café was open until 3 p.m., but when I arrived, I found out it had already closed at 2 p.m. Since I plan my activities around the app, I was understandably frustrated and mentioned it to an employee I believe his name was JJ.
JJ was incredibly kind and understanding. Even though the café was technically closed, he still took my order and made my drink because the app showed it should have been open. While two other employees nearby were being dismissive and giving us rude looks, JJ rose above it all. He went out of his way to turn a disappointing situation into a positive one.
It may sound small, but it was actually my birthday that day, and his thoughtful gesture truly made my day. The world needs more employees like JJ people who genuinely listen, show empathy, and go above and beyond to deliver great customer service.

Literally the worst service of any place I’ve ever been. Their lattes are terrible. I had to throw it away after a few sips. Service was non existent. I totally understand they get busy but the absolute lack of communication was shocking. My kids seeed to enjoy the single donuts they ordered 40 minutes after waiting.

If zero stars were an option, I would give it. The staff is unfriendly, orders are done incorrectly, and when mistakes happen, no one takes responsibility or even acknowledges them. Customer service is clearly not a priority, and even basic common courtesy seems to be missing. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place.

At Great Wolf, worst service, everyones order wrong, very busy and manager spent most of her time in the back, no one at register most of the time, kiosks don’t have many items so have to go to register. Disaster! 30 min to get our food, lost one order, many people came back with complaints. Should have just drove to another location. Pic is at 10am and no one up front.

This will be the worst Dunkin Donuts location you’ll ever visit. Horribly slow. Run by kids, can’t even toast a bagel. Insanely large wait times. Avoid this at all costs while staying at Great Wolf. This is not a joke. You will wait 45 minutes+ for a toasted bagel.
I watched people literally give up on their food after 30 mins and just walk away. Asking for a refund? Good luck with that. Customers just taking the loss. This place sucks bad.

Horrible service! Ordered 50 munchkins just so my kid could have the Halloween bucket and the lady at the window refused to give us our munchkins in the Halloween bucket!!!!
