Got a coupon book with a free large pizza offer from buying tires from a local tire shop. But ordering was easy, with a great many options for customization, I selected a time to pick up the pizza and it was ready when I stopped in to retrieve it. The worker was friendly and helpful. The directions were easy and the pizza (all meat) was very tasty and delicious, with a very nice soft crust that had a bit of a crispy edge to it. We enjoyed it and the experience very much. The only problem encountered was that the pizza was too large for our cookie sheet I put it on for stabilization while baking.

Terrible service. The manager has no customer skills whatsoever. In fact she’s very ornery! I implore you to not support this store until a change is made!
They got our pizzas wrong (again!) and we didn’t notice until we got home. The only offer was for us to drive all the way back and they would put the right toppings back on the pizza. No apology, no coupon, no new pizza, no free pizza, nothing. Some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced anywhere.
This store is destroying the good name of a great company.

Placed an order for pickup. Order was wrong. Told them it was wrong. They were also overcharging the advertised price. Told them this as well (12 large tues, 18 family pumpkin plus cookie dough) They remade the pizza while I waited then proceeded to check me out again. Manager, im assuming, still didn’t put it in correctly. I told them what was wrong and what it was supposed to be and she started to argue that I should have told her that before. I had already told the worker about both issues. They offered nothing so I told them to forget it and that they sucked and would write review. Some little punk kid came from behind counter like he was going to fight over it. Nice kid. Good luck

This location is constantly excellent. The staff is conversive, the pizza is made timely, and the toppings are just right. I’m cursed with a dairy allergy and they do a great job at customizing my pizza and making regular ones for my family.

The customer service here is horrible. Their credit card machine was down and after an hour of them trying to figure it out, they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. Okay, but I just wasted all that time. It was their machine you would think they would be apologetic and try to make it right. I even suggested doing an online order and paying with my card online and they told me no that’s not going to work either… so I told them they would be losing a customer over this and they said that’s fine??? Wild to me, when it probably cost them only 5-10 dollars to actually make the pizza. Will not be going back.
**Update, they actually did charge my card twice.. I called and am having to get my bank statement to prove all this… crazy how poorly even the manager treats the customers. I would give less than one star if possible.

Got two gigantic stuffed pizzas here, and they were amazing. Their website is pretty awful, but I understand that the branch can’t control that. The whole place was clean, and the staff was nice.

We have been to this location multiple times always great pizza and super quick service. We do movies in the yard and it goes perfectly with pizza, soda and we even tried the s’mores pizza and it was a huge hit! We will be back next week!! Love that it’s hot and ready when I want to be at home. Always fresh and the taste is so good!

Chicken bacon ranch pizza with red sauce??? Who does that? We ordered two pizza’s one being chicken bacon ranch with creamy garlic sauce and specifically note red sauce (which you think would be obvious) we came and grabbed our pizzas and immediately went home cause we were hungry and threw them in the oven. When we pulled out the chicken bacon ranch (which did look like chicken bacon ranch) and cut into we realized someone messed up and called them about it.
The reason we’re upset is how they handled it. They weren’t really apologetic and kind. They said “there’s nothing we can do because you already cooked it.” It’s not like they can even take it back if it’s uncooked so that didn’t make any sense for one but not even a refund for just the one pizza that they messed up??? Come on really? It’s just bad business.
We’ve both have been Papa Murphy’s fans since we were kids but you’ve got to realize a bad experience like this means that we personally won’t go back to this location. It’s one thing to be a customer that complains about everything, it’s another to let them know they made an obvious mistake and them not trying to make amends.

The pizza is always fresh and tasty. If you order online, it’s super fast to just pickup. Ordering in store takes anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending on time of day and staff. The cowboy is a family favorite!
