Disappointed the quality is not what I remember from years ago when I last had Chipotle. Steak was barely edible and I eat anything that moo’d. Lady at window wasn’t very friendly. BUT, there was a gentleman in there that was very pleasant, great customer service, and my wife complimented Him as he fixed our order. He should consider employment at some “finer dinning”. He is why this review got 3 stars vs 2. The steak is why we won’t be going back.

This is my favorite Chipotle location! The food is always great, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Everyone is consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit a good experience. You can tell they care about their customers. I always leave happy—keep up the great work!

Old Food and Rude Staff
This Chipotle location is honestly one of the worst I’ve been to. They tried to serve me leftover chicken and didn’t have any veggies ready. I told them I was happy to wait for fresh food, and only then—after seeing I was upset—another employee suddenly “found” chicken and veggies from the to-go area. So clearly, they just didn’t feel like doing their job the first time.
The cashier’s attitude was just as bad. No greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. Just rude, dismissive energy the whole time. For the prices Chipotle charges, the very least you should expect is fresh ingredients and basic respect. This place couldn’t deliver either.
Honestly, I’m eagerly waiting for CAVA to open in this area. Their staff is friendly, their food is always fresh, and the ingredients are so much better. Chipotle needs to step up their standards, because this location is falling apart.
Save your money and go somewhere else.
This is no way to treat regular customer.

I gave it a try to Chipotle back then and hated it. I said to my self, ok, since they just opened one so close to home maybe was the ingredients I ordered in the bowl so I decided to try a burrito with simple ingredients like, rice, beans, steak, pico, lettuce & guacamole and a side of red salsa. THE FIRST BITE I TOOK IT TASTED LIKE FRIDGE. That salsa is NOT fresh at all. Steak was hard as a rock. Nope, nope, I think I would rather get an authentic burrito at a REAL Mexican restaurant next time. I really can’t comprehend HOW people like this food. I’m guessing they haven’t eaten at a real Mexican restaurant to compare. The staff was really nice. Gave it a try. It didn’t work for me. For the people that LOVES Chipotle, enjoy it! OH! by the way they should’ve put a door at the back of the store where the parking is. You have to park AT THE BACK and WALK around the restaurant to the front entrance. Bad design.

I went to this location practically DAILY during the week because where I worked was local. HOWEVER every time I went the portions were ALWAYS INCONSISTENT along with one day you pay this price the next visit it’s totally different when I order the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME. I wanted to see if it was a consistent issue because sometimes people just have bad days. Well seeing how the GENERAL MANAGER handled it I SEE WHY! The lack of professionalism and blaming the PAYING CUSTOMER is AMAZING! To come back when I had a complaint that my order was HALF of what I ordered this time she had the nerve to say “you complain every time”, mind you I spent $150 MINIMUM A WEEK at this location but I complained everytime?!?!! No they are INCONSISTENT and try to charge you for what they feel like charging! Meanwhile her demeanor saying “we can’t do anything about it I’m the general manager do what you want” phrase that came out of her mouth was appalling and speaks volumes as to why they have so a low STAR rating!

I love Chipotle, but quality and experience overall has definitely slipped in the past few years. However, my visit to this location brought back memories of the glory days. Exceptionally clean, friendly, and the food was top quality as far as taste, freshness and temperature. Even the chips were crispy. I like my bowl a specific way and the counter people generally struggle with my requests, but not here. They even understood what very little sour cream meant. Great job Vineland. I visited on July 6 at 11:15am.

bought 2 rice bowls like I always do. After eating half one I went to put it in the fridge in a another bowl. And noticed a fly on the bottom. I was disgusted and went to the site. The manager did not care and told me a bunch of bs to get me to leave. Never eating chipotle again. I used to eat here all the time and never this issue before. But the management here is terrible not safe for people. And they did not care at all they said I could get a free bowl but didnt address the un cleansie food. I told them they can keep there free food offer.

I love Chipotle, but this was by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. I took my parents here for their first Chipotle experience, and unfortunately, it was a disaster. The place was empty when we arrived, yet the employee making our bowls was rushing through our order as if there was a long line behind us. He skipped three ingredients in each bowl, and when I reminded him it was a veggie bowl, he still asked what kind of meat I wanted. When I pointed out the missing ingredients, he just stared at me instead of fixing it. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the whole experience unpleasant. This location clearly has a major problem with customer service, and I won’t be returning.

Where do I even begin? Absolutely magnificent. As soon as you walk in you are hit with a wave of hospitality and and the smell of freshly cooked food. The workers greet you with a huge smile on their face and as I come to order my food I feel the joy from the employees and as they begin to fill my bowl I am met with portions that completely overly satisfied my hungry stomach. I am not sure about mobile orders as other reviewers talk about but in person, trust me you will be fed well. Overall a great community.
