If you order during the day you get a standard jack in the box experience. If you order at night, however, plan to be waiting 30 mins—1 hour to get your food. We placed a mobile order and still had to wait that long due to there being 3 cars ahead of us. I tried to go inside to ask for the food because they informed us it was ready. Once inside they wouldn’t acknowledge me so I waited in the drive thru as I couldn’t cancel my order.

The dude sounded like he couldn’t be bothered to even take our order and we were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I had to get out and ask them to have the one person that had been in front of us the entire time to pull around and when he came to the door because it was “drive thru only” he asked if we had already placed our order. I told him I didnt even want the food anymore. This is quite possibly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had

The absolute WORST jack in the box!! Almost 20 minutes in the drive through!!! And no apologies from the employee. At the very least offer a free soda or dessert or something! Also it’s apparent the grill was filthy, the food tasted terrible. Do better! Much better!!

Every time I go to this store, the experience gets worse. I went through the drive thru, 1 vehicle ahead of me and 1 vehicle behind me, I ordered a breakfast burrito and 2 breakfast jacks. I was asked to drive around to the front of the store, while waiting 15 minutes for my order, the vehicle in front of me as well as the vehicle behind me, gets their order and leaves. Another 6 mins goes by before the worker brings my order comes out with an attitude. 21 minutes waiting for a burrito and 2 breakfast jacks in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll definitely be taking my business else where from this point forward

My son enjoyed his lovely delicious Jack in the Box snack of deep-fried taco deliciousness topped off with a cold refreshing beverage from their new Coca-Cola machines. What a great deal that he received for tacos for under $5 which we made hot and fresh to order. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly with the manager offering new menu items suggestions and even explaining a recent increase in the price of the tacos. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a quick snack or meal on the go.

I went to jack in the box at 10:30 the food took quite a bit to reach out of the drive thru and getting home i cant swallow the fries. They smell weird and seems like im eating plastic. Please revise and analyze whats being done. I don’t usually have this problem in this place but this is not a good sign. Plus all of the reviews posted recently.

i had my friend go pick up my food for me and i ordered one jumbo drink, and two regular tiny tacos. they told my friend that i got no drink with my order. i tried calling the store multiple times and got no response. kinda disappointing.
