They do not sell food here. Thats at the chuck wagon. But the atmosphere is amazing and calm. The bar tenders were amazing. Nice strong drinks and genuinely really enjoyed my time there. I will come back next visit. I havent been to a bar where I felt safe and honestly felt peaceful in years so it was very refreshing and felt so good to be able to have a drink and relax.

It was crazy fun. Adorable bar tender and the other patrons were cool as heck. They smoke in there and I have cancer so we didn’t stay long. My GF also is a cancer survivor so it just wasn’t good for us. The slots were pretty slow and not really easy to work but super cute environment, good people, my strawberry vodka w Sprite drink was great, my girl loved her beer and the pricing was great.

Great local bar. Lava is pretty dormant all winter but the spring and summer it comes alive!

Do not waste you money!! There is a much nicer restaurant a block or two down the street. My son ordered the Reuben and I ordered the French dip. It was very clear after one bite of my French dip that they used the same pastrami from the Reuben in the French dip. They just soaked in brown broth to get it to look like roast beef. Just nasty! Then to top it off my husband ordered pulled pork smothered mac and cheese. Sounds good but boy oh boy be prepared for this…. It comes out in a skillet (lol) but why is a mystery. I say this because this was generic 30 cent boxed watery mac and cheese with a blob of pork on top. The skillet didn’t help with the looms folks. Pretty sure they serve better quality food in prison. I went to the hostess to complain and she agreed that the mac and cheese horrible. Gordon Ramsey please help this place!!!

The Wagon Wheel is, by far, the most fun bar in Lava Hot Springs since the Blue Moon fell down. Drinks are cheap, and the crowd is fun. The downside is they serve no food and have no table service for drinks. You must walk up to the bar to get table service. This bar also allows smoking inside, which sucks, as you walk out smelling like an ash tray.

Absolutely do not eat here. Waited an hour for food and it was disgusting when it did come. Restaurant was packed and servers were standing around talking at the counter. No one was able to eat there food when it did come. I’ve had better meals out of a bag in Afghanistan!

After setting in the hot springs go and have a great time with the locals. Prices are great you leave with money still in your pocket!not like other places you leave feeling like you just got robbed ! Keep on keeping on. I’ll be back again!
