This is my second time eating here. The customer service was amazing. First time I got Philly cheesesteak this time I got the lemon pepper rub and garlic parmesan all flat wings. Reminded me of when I lived in Atlanta. Hot and fresh with the steam still coming off them! Great job to the owners! We will be back! Both times we got free refills!

OMG THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! It was our first time trying one of these and wow it did not disappoint. The food here is delicious and the service was outstanding. I have paid much more at a more upscale place and been disappointed. This store will not let you down. It is kept very clea., and it is easy to find using Google Maps close to airport. Try it! Consistently have had messed up orders when delivery, which is crazy to me because you have a written list of details… This is the third time I have ordered from this location they failed to put ingredients that are supposed to come on NORMALLY. I took away onions this time and added banana peppers… so where is the cheese wiz? Also, I spent extra to get Cajun fries and they gave me ZERO fries. Last time I asked for extra pickles and to add Swiss, they gave me two single pickle slices, zero swiss and zero cheese Wiz… Meat taste was subpar; lack of seasons only flavor of onion and bell pepper. Bread was nice though.

Nice quaint fast food style restaurant with fresh cook to cook-to-order offerings. The cashier was pleasant a knew their offerings. The restaurant has a bright theme and VERY clean. Matter of fact, I took 1 star off for the cleaning solvent scent. Most restaurant’s would clean at the end of the day or shift. But Charleys is thoroughly cleaning before, after and between customers. I’d take it as a badge of honor.
I ordered a cheese steak combo with a bottle of water. Everything was fresh and tasty. If you’re from Philly, you may be insulted. For the portion of the world that has never had a Philly cheesesteak, you will be pleasantly satisfied. They do have a variety of sandwiches and fried wings. I’m good-to-go until dinner. Give them a try.

It has been about a year since I’ve stopped into this location. When it first opened the food was amazing and fresh and the portion sizes were great. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. When I stopped in the other day, the portion sizes and the quality of food seem to have declined. I also asked for some ketchup as I had ordered a medium sized fry and the lady behind the counter tries to hand me one packet. I told her that I needed more ketchup than that and she handed me one more packet. I am not entirely sure why they are being so stingy with something as insignificant as ketchup. The restaurant also did not look all that clean. I will be taking this off of my list of places that I look forward to visiting.

Im here right now with my ol man. We live this charkeys in paticular. We drive an hour and a half just tp get here from Hardinsburg ky. The owner is thr nicest man ive ever met. The food is better than amazing. We always eat there and then take a sandwich home. This place i would reccommend to everyone. We love love love this place. Thank you to the owner for always being s9 kind when we drive up here. We love the Charley’s Cheesesteak Family. Thank ypu all for having us.

I happened upon this restaurant while in route to another business. I was very much surprised at the serving size of each item. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak which was very good. I could not eat it all. I also tried to the traditional wing which was cooked perfectly in addition to the fries which were good and plentiful. I think I am now a customer for a long time

Gave 5 stars because I don’t want to hurt the average. $14 for the large, filled me up. Was solid but nothing special. If you’re in the mood for a cheesesteak try it out. But don’t expect it to ever be the best you’ve had.

This was my first time visiting a restaurant of this brand. This place used to be a Taco Bell, but they renovated it and opened this restaurant, so the interior was clean.
Food: I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Cheesesteak. They have small, regular, and large sizes, and I had the regular, which was quite filling. I ordered the combo, and the fries that came with it were delicious.
Service: I thought this was a fast food restaurant. I picked up my food and put it away, but there was a screen for tipping at the check. The restroom required a key to enter. It seemed like they wanted to keep the restrooms for customers only.
I was more satisfied than I expected. I will visit again next time.

10pc boneless wing combo was good tried the hottest flavor they had which was pretty good. Service was great.
