Best wings in Atlanta. Plenty of wing options in this city and I probably tried 20 different places before I came to Touchdown. Good size wings, good quality meat, consistent cooking, and an excellent Hot Buffalo sauce. I come here multiple times a week. It is my forever wings location.

The service here was deplorable. The cashier was slouched over and seemed bothered to take our order. The TV was blasting and it was hard to hear. The cashier mumbled the entire time. We got the 100 piece meal that comes with fries and a 2L drink. After paying the handed us 2 large cups because they were out of 2L drinks. Also I overheard the other cashier being rude to anorher customer unwarranted. I wont be back. We spent $100 and they acted as if we were bothering them. I will chose to spend my money elsewhere. I haven’t even tried rhe food yet. I am disappointed wirh the service.

we have been here a few times, each time the staff seems clueless and has an attitude. today we ordered online, via a link FROM THE WEBSITE, but when we arrived were informed they no longer use this service and “have not in a while.” we didn’t receive our food and were told to go to the ordering service to get a refund. the worker said she had never even seen what the website looked like. mind you, this was after already waiting 15mins AFTER the worker informed us it would only be “5 minutes.” so… she didn’t even check to see if we had an order before telling us to wait?

Shaquavia was the cashier. She’s extremely nice and very helpful. She wasn’t bothered by me asking for extra ketchup or spending time looking at the menu. On Feb 17 at 6:06pm. Whomever the girl was who answered the phone needs to be fired or go to Chick fil a to learn how to treat customers. She would cut me off in mid order to ask me questions about the orders I just placed. She asked for my card number over the phone once I refused and told her I was in the drive through she said she would have to put my order back in the system mind you there was no one in the line. After I just said ok I’ll pay over the phone her next response was “ma’am I don’t need the damn attitude”mind you if I had a attitude she would have known from the jump smh this is ridiculous to have to experience this type of service from a company who needs OUR business to thrive. The attitude is uncalled for especially when no one told you to apply for that position or to accept the job offer. I’m sure my review won’t make a big difference but I will NOT be back to patronize this business.

I ordered the beef Philly combo and there was no onion, mushroom and green pepper in the beef, it was just plain ground beef and tasted like it was only seasoned with salt, unlike the picture which showed and stated shredded beef and the veggies. Generous amount of fries though quite oily and the bread was also very oily. interacting with the counter lady almost gave me a panic attack, she was just so direct as if there was a grudge between us, i have a dietary restriction and the response wasn’t nice. Drink was room temperature and the ice maker wasn’t bringing out ice. A poor service I must say, but the place looks somewhat neat and peaceful.
