They aren’t currently open, but save your money when they do finally reopen. The food has gone downhill quite a bit the past few years. The customer service is horrible!!!! Marina (the owner) is so rude to her customers. You’d think she was being forced to be there. No appreciation whatsoever.

This place is CASH ONLY! Not that this is a huge issue but for the passers by who are driving through town this is vital information. Besides that it was a wonderful experience. Huge portions and low prices. This place is a slice of Americana, some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Not a ton of places to sit but most people are taking the food out. The staff was personable and friendly and on a first name basis with a few people who came in while I was eating. I highly recommend stopping here for not just the food but a good old fashioned BBQ experience.

I live about an hour one way & gladly travel it for the BEST BBQ,
no matter how busy there are I never had to wait more then 5-10 minutes for my order to be completed,
there prices are very reasonable.
I just wish I could give more then 5 stars.

We called for a take out order at 3:00 they opened at 2pm they had nothing but some rib they are going down hill since I believe it was 1 of the owners that died. I mean if you run out so fast then make more the next time. I don’t think they really care anymore.

Got chicken and 2 sides. Mac and cheese was cold. Corn bread was light and fluffy. Smoked meat was good. Cash only restaurant. Didn’t see a sign but that is what cashier stated.

Fantastic!! I got the family special comes with two 1/2 chickens, full rack of ribs,3 side dishes of your choosing, however they ran out of a lot of side dishes so I got double Mac n cheese and baked beans. Both the chicken and ribs were tender and juicy perfectly cooked. The staff was awesome and did a great job making sure the line kept moving and everyone’s order was correct. I highly recommend Homeboy BBQ!

Update Homeboys is still the best I stopped for lunch I got the rib tips and Mac n cheese, the rib tips were tender and flavorful the mac n cheese was creamy and cheesy!

First time ordering from yall and I’m just gonna say this one time!! You guys rock!! From the cooks down to the counter help we’ve been around the block when it comes to barbecue and many claim to be great but you guys knocked it out of the park!! My husband that lived in Texas with many of the best barbecue places around most of his life… said thumbs up!!!! We got the 3 meat with the potato salad which was is own greatness and the corn bread and brownies were also fantastic. We will DEFINITELY be back and the best thing is you only 10 min from us. Ty for all you did
