I don’t usually give negative reviews but… Seriously overpriced unless you’re coming for the $15 lunch special. King crab legs are limited to 2 a person. Crab legs were dry. Most food did not have a label on it and a lot had the wrong label. Like fresh fries on top of some shrimp desert thing.

The wait staff seems like they don’t want to be there and didn’t do a great job at explaining the process. Like that they will cook the raw food for you.

Hot food is warm and usually cold by the time it gets to your table. The cold food and desserts were room temperature.

This place has a lot of potential, if they spent an hour showing they care about the experience.

Positives, our waitress was attentive and checked on us. Drink station was a nice selection. The Cajun sauce was delicious. Decor was pretty and music was good.

Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this place. For $30 a person you can get some amazing food, like that sushi train place in Ogden.

I ordered Combo Deal 1 with shrimp and mussels from Kickin Seafood. The seafood was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick. Even as takeout, the flavors were spot on, and the portion was generous. I’ve eaten here several times, and I’m always satisfied, though I don’t understand why there aren’t more people dining in. It’s definitely a hidden gem for seafood lovers in Layton!

Unfortunately, the dinner experience we had was terrible, which is sad, as it was our first time.

All of the food out was dry and old. It did not look as if the buffet lines had been serviced all day. The sushi had shrunk and dried to the rice. Selection is very small and the buffet food was not great tasting either.

The seafood was brought out after its boil and was still cold to the touch. After the second reheat, the food was still cold inside. The limited crab legs were airy and had shriveled meat inside. None of the seafood had taken in any flavor either. The boil itself was not very flavorful other than lots of garlic. Everything tasted as if it had been frozen for quite a while. Even the soup was bad.

Delicious Seafood Feast!

Recently had a fantastic dining experience at this seafood buffet! Firstly, the restaurant offers an incredibly diverse selection of seafood, from fresh lobster to juicy crab; every dish is a true delight. I highly recommend their snow crab legs and spring rolls; both provide exquisite flavors that are truly unforgettable.

The service is top-notch, with warm and professional staff promptly catering to our needs. The restaurant boasts a spacious and well-lit ambiance, with thoughtfully arranged tables and chairs creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant left a lasting impression.

Considering the variety of seafood options and the level of service, the prices are reasonable. Overall, this seafood buffet is highly recommended—whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or enjoying quality time with friends, it’s an ideal choice. Looking forward to visiting again!

at first glance this place is kind of run down and doesnt really have a resturant feel but more of a run down bar kind of feel.

we were greeted warmly by the waiter. they have what seemed like dollar store plastic table covers and ware. the fish nets and writing all over the walls didnt really help either. i know they were probably trying to make it oceany, but it detracted more than helped in my opinion.

we ordered the cajun rice, cajun fries, tonkatsu ramen, fried calamari, seafood special, the mango boba, and fried “icecream”.

the cajun fries were ok, the fries them self werent very good, and it seemed like there was just a bunch of cayenne pepper dumped on them.

the seafood special was cool in that you could create a personal touch. but the crab legs were not very good and the potatoes and corn that came with it were not cooked very well, the corn was over done and the potatoes were under done.

i really liked the fried calamari and the dipping sauces they had for it, i think they accidentally mixed in some fried vegetables as well but those were pretty good as well.

cajun rice was decent but kind of a meh flavor by them self, similar feeling with the tonkatsu ramen, but i found it nice to take a scoop of rice and dunk it in the tonkatsu broth. that made a very nice flavor that i enjoyed a lot.

we ordered the mango boba….the mango flavor was nice…but the boba was hard and not prepared correctly.

i was very disappointed with the fried “icecream” largely in part because it was jot icecream, it was some kind of weirdly fruity white sorbet, not icecream at all. it was ok but i probably wouldn’t buy it a second time.

overall i think this place is decent to try, and i might come to get more calamari to go, but i likely would not come to sit down often. it gives off the feeling of a dying not cared for restaurant.

The food was okay. The service was on time and attentive. There’s all you can eat snow crab. But there was a freaking roach in the fried calamari. So I can’t in good faith give a higher rating than this.

The store has been beautifully renovated and changed into a seafood buffet, with fresh and delicious food and a variety of things, including seafood, fruit, sushi , and a lot of delicious food. I like their fried chicken wings most, and their staff is in place, hoping to keep fresh food, I will bring my friends and family to visit!

I was hesitant, an all you can eat seafood buffet in Utah. However, everything I ate tasted good. My favorites were the cold shrimp and cold crab legs. But literally everything I had was good tasting. I will say, the raw oysters looked scary, so i avoided them. As for service, they didn’t explain the drinks were by the can, no fountain drinks, and no alcohol. The restaurant shows its age on the inside. But, so long as I’m not sick later tonight or tomorrow, I’ll go back.
