Never had Turkish delight before and it was delicious. Staff was really friendly and let us try all kinds of samples before we decided what to buy. Would definitely go back to try other flavors and offerings there.

This is absolutely my favorite coffee shop anywhere in the world. Hands down. If you’re looking for your Starbucks frappe-whatever you’re in the wrong place. This is a really legit Turkish coffee house where sharing coffee with someone is a cultural event. Beautifully served. Best paired with a delight or two and a piece of baklava. Honestly it’s an amazing experience. Wonderful food and coffee and great service. I go here every time I’m in SLO.

What a wonderful place for a new experience. The Turkish coffee was wonderful, as were the sweets. The service and staff were pleasant and helpful in my choices.

I can definitely tell a difference as the coffee is a lot stronger than espresso but that makes it amazing. The treats, presentation, and overall atmosphere of the shop is amazing and definitely one of the highlights of visiting San Luis Obsibo. Would definitely recommend!

Lokum was a delight! The coffee is strong and hot, and priced well for a premium coffee experience. The pastry selection is fairly substantial and absolutely heavenly if you’re a pistachio lover. Ordering is a snap at the counter and their excellent staff brings your coffee and pastries to the table a few minutes later. No need to bus your table when you’re done either, I don’t even think there’s a place to if you wanted. There was a little Turkish delight piece served with the coffee which was delicious and they have a huge selection of that too. I don’t really gel with Turkish delight so other than that it looked awesome and that that one piece was good, I can’t speak to it. The tile work and lighting and vibe is so perfect. Lokum is worth going to check out, and I’ll be back too.

Wonderful Authentic Turkish Desserts! Visited this place while strolling SLO downtown and it’s a treat to the eyes. Loved their Kunafa. Tried a variety of the flavors available and highly recommend the Dubai Chocolate and Tiramisu flavors. The Turkish Baklava was delicious too.
Must visit this cafe if in the SLO area.

Wonderful cafe. Very well decorated and things are displayed well and neatly. Fantastic Turkish coffee. Delights are also good but they have a specific taste that you need to get used to. They are not ridiculously sweet. Place is very pricey though ($10 for a slice of Baklava), but good quality stuff! I would recommend the front staff to be more engaging about the different delights. They are too quiet and don’t seem to be liking conversation? At least explain the candy and it’s ingredients/making to interest customers….
Will be back again for sure!!

Best baklava I’ve ever had. All of the Turkish delight and other sweets beer very good as well. They’re generous with samples so you can take your time picking out your favorites. A small box costs about $35, but you can just select small pieces of each sweet if you wish. We also got the ottoman coffee which was good – but a unique taste (very earthy). Just a fun enjoyable experience for an out of the ordinary treat. We love coming here when we visit slo!
