Let me start by saying I love Penn Station, but this location has been a disappointment so many times and this was definitely my final visit. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and had to throw it out after 3 bites because I couldn’t choke it down. It was so dry, which should never be a word used to describe a Philly cheese steak. The steak was tasteless and there was certainly not any seasoning used. The cheese was barely present and I ordered it with extra mayo and got no mayo. I tried to doctor it up for the 3rd bite, but it was no use, the sandwich was still not eadible. So disappointed with this location

I made my original 5 star review 5 years ago. We have been going to this location for years and its been great…we ordered from here today and it has gone downhill. We got 2 chicken parm sandwiches and both had no sauce on them or minimal cheese. Fries we soggy and cold not crunchy. We waited almost 30 minutes instore after ordering online and waiting 20 minutes for that. Theres no reason 3 sandwiches take almost an hour to make. So so disappointing hopefully they can get themselves together or they won’t be around much longer.
